部屋の設備や快適性などは問題なく良い滞在でした。ただ、狂犬病を持っていそうな野良犬が敷地内に多数おり、食事中のレストランの中にも入ってきて怖かったです。

Great atmosphere and great staffs:) There is a Delicious restaurant in front of the beach. Room was very clean and nice. Swimming pool was also good. Perfect hotel.

絶対にお勧めしません。 最初に、ホテルの名前がこのHotels.Comでもまだ"Chaaya Blu Trincomalee"のままですが、既にスリランカのホテルチェーンであるシナモングループに吸収されて名前が変わっています。その連絡が一切無いのに看板だけは変わってますのでドライバーが迷いなかなか辿り着けませんでした。 部屋の課題は、テレビが点かない、コンセントが不通、冷蔵庫が壊れている、置いてある電気蚊取りのコンセントタイプが合わない、カランの栓が無い、コンセントが古いＢＦタイプのみで普通の変換コネクターでは使えない、インターネットアクセスが遅すぎる、よく停電するなど、数限りがありませんでした。 でも、一番の問題はその対応の悪さです。最初、18時に「せめて冷蔵庫の修理をしてもらいたい。」とお願いしましたところ、快く受けたのに20時まで待っても何のアクションも無し。ハウスキーピングに電話しましたが全く繋がらず。フロントに依頼しハウスキーパーが来たのがそれから30分後。18時に依頼を受けたことも全く知らず、冷蔵庫をチェックして「電話してくる。」と言って出て行って1時間経っても何の連絡も無し。その後何度もハウスキーピングに電話しても一切繋がらず。それから1時間ほどしてやっと繋がったので文句を言うと「すぐ行く」と言って、やっと来たのが30分後。 結局、18時に依頼したことが23時近くになってやっと解決しました。これだけの手間がかかり、外出も一切出来なかったので、「責任者に連絡してそれなりの謝罪をして欲しい。」といったところ、了解したはずがチェックアウトの時にも一切のリアクションが無く、確認したら何の連絡も受けて無いとのこと。 吸収されたためなのか、従業員のやる気の無さとマネージャーの監督不行き届きが目に余りました。ハードも古いです。写真に誤魔化されないようにご注意下さい。

Great location and lovely staff, but some details could be improved Trinco Blu by Cinnamon has a fantastic beachfront location, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and surroundings were very pleasant, and the hotel is well situated for enjoying Trincomalee. We had booked for four people, but the room was initially prepared with beds and towels for only three. We had to discuss this with the hotel before an extra bed and additional towels were arranged for our eight-year-old daughter. Unlike another hotel we stayed at, however, Trinco Blu did not ask us to pay extra for the bed. Our package was described as all-inclusive, but all drinks were charged separately. Considering the relatively high price of the stay compared with the general price level in Sri Lanka, it would have been reasonable to include at least some drinks, or at minimum bottled water with meals. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the cleaning could have been a little more thorough. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful location and the excellent staff, but the room preparation, bathroom cleanliness, and all-inclusive offering could be improved.

Love the hotel location and convenient access to the beach. Food options and live food station were great. Tasty food. The room features such as barroom and beds are below par for the price. At best it felt like staying at 3 star hotel.

Nice hotel on the beach and I think all rooms face out to the pool and beach. The pool and property are nice. Lots of loungers available. The beach is very clean in front of the property, but less so as you walk along the beach. The security keeps the beach sellers at bay which is appreciated. Lots of food options in very easy walking distance. I didn't try the buffet restaurant but the other one was respectable.

Loved the access to the beach and pool, and the breakfast! Superb. The staff were fantastic, esp Tharujan who was attentive and friendly. Our room was gorgeous but there was a mildew smell in the bathroom/shower. Staff attempted to address it but the smell did not disappear.

Friendly staff with overzealous security. The hotel security is keen to keep the other visitors away but can’t talk in English which led to our child being harassed as he couldn’t speak the local language. Complained to the duty manager who was very apologetic. Security staff need more training so that they don’t harass the hotel guests. Feel that management needs to take responsibility for this situation as staff are simply following instructions.

Staff very helpful and professional. Location amazing (the hotel is just sitting on the very beautiful, big and clean beach) and all the ground rooms has direct access to the swimming pool, restaurants and of course the beach.

Staff were forced to greet everyone, including Tamil guests speaking Tamil, in Sinhala despite the hotel being in a Tamil area.

Room was spacious and nice balcony with beach view!
