部屋の設備や快適性などは問題なく良い滞在でした。ただ、狂犬病を持っていそうな野良犬が敷地内に多数おり、食事中のレストランの中にも入ってきて怖かったです。

Great atmosphere and great staffs:) There is a Delicious restaurant in front of the beach. Room was very clean and nice. Swimming pool was also good. Perfect hotel.

絶対にお勧めしません。 最初に、ホテルの名前がこのHotels.Comでもまだ"Chaaya Blu Trincomalee"のままですが、既にスリランカのホテルチェーンであるシナモングループに吸収されて名前が変わっています。その連絡が一切無いのに看板だけは変わってますのでドライバーが迷いなかなか辿り着けませんでした。 部屋の課題は、テレビが点かない、コンセントが不通、冷蔵庫が壊れている、置いてある電気蚊取りのコンセントタイプが合わない、カランの栓が無い、コンセントが古いＢＦタイプのみで普通の変換コネクターでは使えない、インターネットアクセスが遅すぎる、よく停電するなど、数限りがありませんでした。 でも、一番の問題はその対応の悪さです。最初、18時に「せめて冷蔵庫の修理をしてもらいたい。」とお願いしましたところ、快く受けたのに20時まで待っても何のアクションも無し。ハウスキーピングに電話しましたが全く繋がらず。フロントに依頼しハウスキーパーが来たのがそれから30分後。18時に依頼を受けたことも全く知らず、冷蔵庫をチェックして「電話してくる。」と言って出て行って1時間経っても何の連絡も無し。その後何度もハウスキーピングに電話しても一切繋がらず。それから1時間ほどしてやっと繋がったので文句を言うと「すぐ行く」と言って、やっと来たのが30分後。 結局、18時に依頼したことが23時近くになってやっと解決しました。これだけの手間がかかり、外出も一切出来なかったので、「責任者に連絡してそれなりの謝罪をして欲しい。」といったところ、了解したはずがチェックアウトの時にも一切のリアクションが無く、確認したら何の連絡も受けて無いとのこと。 吸収されたためなのか、従業員のやる気の無さとマネージャーの監督不行き届きが目に余りました。ハードも古いです。写真に誤魔化されないようにご注意下さい。

Good location but the hotel needs updating

La habitación daba directo a la playa, un lujo. 100% recomendable!

We stayed for one night. We never used the restaurant but there were great options a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very safe and secure and clean. Our only complaint was that we had no hot water in our shower

Rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Dining buffets were diverse and the staff were excellent and hospitable. Beach acces was spectacular. The pool was good but a little to shallow for me. The one thing put me a little off was that they provide driver accommodation but the driver accommodation was poor at best. My driver reported the A/C had been removed and the fans were sub par that they had to put buckets of cool water to keep the room cool enough to sleep. In the heat of Sri Lanka, I would not have put my driver in such accommodation.

Giving an average rating. Booked last minute and paid way over market value. Wouldn’t pay more than US$150 per night including breakfast. Excellent hotel. Room was clean. Good food and good spread on the buffet. Staff was very courteous. Will come again. .

Located on beautiful white sandy beaches and nice gardens. Hotel is vwry open so that means constant insects, who are more annoying than anything else. There is no air conditioning in any of the public places. At least one venue needs to be air conditioned, the weather was extremely hot and earing outdoors was very uncomfortable. The hotel also needs some night time atmosphere like music, band etc. All. Ery quite and dull. Hotel in time will need modernising, starting to get dated. Overall good location and hotel for 4 star.

Struttura molto bella direttamente sul mare. Bella spiaggia ma non attrezzata. È invece attrezzatissimo l’ampio prato fra le due piscine ombreggiato da bellissime palme. Camere ampie e pulite. Personale straordinariamente gentile, disponibile, sorridente e con una carica di allegria che mette buon umore. Da provare !

Its very disappointing to see a hotel with such a small lobby. It was difficult to find a place to relax in the evenings outside the restaurant. This is run by a big group now for more rhan quarter century, they also charge high rates. We are guests and not cattle

A mixed bag- stunning setting but some elements of service & food quality (beach bar especially poor) and basic standards letting it down. Especially for the price.

Decent hotel. They should add all night room service, after 10 pm they won’t even deliver water to the room

Welcome was good. Room was good. Staff a bit slow as per most of the Cinnamon hotels we have visited. Pool area was nice. Such a shame about the beach. Plastic and glass all the way along the beach, which ever way you turned. We didn't venture onto the sea because of this. Buffet was a bit limited and as per usual, the western food wasn't that great. We did find a good bar on the beach called Fernando's and a good restaurant called Cafe on the 18th. Great salads and other dishes. Service was really good and friendly at both.

This is my 3rd time being here and I enjoyed my stay. This is my default go to place for Trinco visits.
