Welcome was good. Room was good. Staff a bit slow as per most of the Cinnamon hotels we have visited.
Pool area was nice.
Such a shame about the beach. Plastic and glass all the way along the beach, which ever way you turned.
We didn't venture onto the sea because of this.
Buffet was a bit limited and as per usual, the western food wasn't that great.
We did find a good bar on the beach called Fernando's and a good restaurant called Cafe on the 18th. Great salads and other dishes.
Service was really good and friendly at both.

Nice beach front property with modern amenities. Received a beach chalet room upgrade & the room was situated right on beach with powdery sand & nice waves.
The food was excellent. only thing that they could improve is to train the restaurant staff to attend to the guests needs quickly.

Great stay, we got upgraded which was brilliant, room was spacious and had all the nice amenities you would expect, had a lovely balcony with sea view. Few dead bugs in the room but didn’t put us off.
Ravi looked after our bags after we checked out and went snorkelling, he even remembered us when we came back! Excellent service.
