みなさんすごく親切で、部屋も綺麗。マッシモ劇場にも近く最高でした。ありがとう。

ホテル全体、客室共にとても清潔で、リフォームされているからか設備も新しく快適でした。アメニティも充実していました。 スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。 また、立地もとても良く、バス停は目の前でスーパーやレストラン、カフェも近くにあり便利でした。 次回パレルモに滞在する際も宿泊したいです。

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフは英語できるので片言の英語でも大丈夫です。アップグレードしてポリテアマ劇場が見える側にしたのですが最高でした！見晴らしがよく、特に夜ポリテアマ劇場を見下ろす景色は非常に良く特別な時間をすごせました！余裕があれば屋上のbarもオススメです。値段はビックリ価格ですがラグジュアリーな時間を堪能できます。朝食のバイキングは種類が多く、スイーツも充実しているので女子にオススメです。部屋、スタッフ、朝食全てがよくまたシチリアに来ることがあればリピートしたいホテルです。

pradaの横にあり、目の前は広場になっており立地がすばらしい。 ホテルのお部屋からも広場にいる人の様子がよく見えました。 お部屋も広々としていて、3人で泊まるのにちょうど良かったです。アメニティも3つずつあり、スリッパなども用意されていました。 スタッフの方も優しく、チェックイン前後の荷物預けやタクシー手配などにも快くご対応いただきました。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

The hotel is located right in front of the airport-shuttle bus stop. Safe and clean. The room was spacious.

早朝に到着したにもかかわらず、気持ちよく部屋に案内していただき、接客も丁寧でスマートでした。 マッシモ歌劇場や他の観光ポイントにも近く、かつ空港バスの発着所がホテルの前で場所的にも最高でした。

空港バスの発着所に近くて便利だけど中央駅からは遠い。著名な観光地を回るには少し遠い。施設の設備スタッフの対応は値段的に申し分無い。

Gabrielle was the front desk clerk that greeted us when we arrived and was always helpful and patient with any and the many questions we had for the beautiful city of Palermo and island of Sicily! Showers are tiny.

Breakfast was great,a lot of choice.Very well located to sites and restaurants,yet not to busy at night.

The room was well equipped, clean, quiet. There's a rooftop bar/restaurant with limited food offerings but a beautiful view. Staff are very accommodating and polite. The location of the hotel is not far from historic sights, restaurants and shopping. Be aware that dinner isn't available in restaurants until 7:00-7:30 pm.

Amazing! Prime location, friendly/helpful staff, rooms/property very clean, great breakfast/rooftop restaurant. Very close to a variety of transportation. Loved it!

Beautiful views from our balcony! Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room everyday. Would defo stay here again. Great location. Just outside of the tourist busy areas.
