みなさんすごく親切で、部屋も綺麗。マッシモ劇場にも近く最高でした。ありがとう。

ホテル全体、客室共にとても清潔で、リフォームされているからか設備も新しく快適でした。アメニティも充実していました。 スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。 また、立地もとても良く、バス停は目の前でスーパーやレストラン、カフェも近くにあり便利でした。 次回パレルモに滞在する際も宿泊したいです。

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフは英語できるので片言の英語でも大丈夫です。アップグレードしてポリテアマ劇場が見える側にしたのですが最高でした！見晴らしがよく、特に夜ポリテアマ劇場を見下ろす景色は非常に良く特別な時間をすごせました！余裕があれば屋上のbarもオススメです。値段はビックリ価格ですがラグジュアリーな時間を堪能できます。朝食のバイキングは種類が多く、スイーツも充実しているので女子にオススメです。部屋、スタッフ、朝食全てがよくまたシチリアに来ることがあればリピートしたいホテルです。

pradaの横にあり、目の前は広場になっており立地がすばらしい。 ホテルのお部屋からも広場にいる人の様子がよく見えました。 お部屋も広々としていて、3人で泊まるのにちょうど良かったです。アメニティも3つずつあり、スリッパなども用意されていました。 スタッフの方も優しく、チェックイン前後の荷物預けやタクシー手配などにも快くご対応いただきました。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

The hotel is located right in front of the airport-shuttle bus stop. Safe and clean. The room was spacious.

早朝に到着したにもかかわらず、気持ちよく部屋に案内していただき、接客も丁寧でスマートでした。 マッシモ歌劇場や他の観光ポイントにも近く、かつ空港バスの発着所がホテルの前で場所的にも最高でした。

空港バスの発着所に近くて便利だけど中央駅からは遠い。著名な観光地を回るには少し遠い。施設の設備スタッフの対応は値段的に申し分無い。

隣の部屋の音が良く聞こえた。

The hallways are terribly hot and the entire place could use updating. The hallway near our room had spackling and no paint…the walls were decaying and crumbling, shower enclosure was moldy..things like that

Staff was exceedingly patient and gracious

Breakfast was very good with nice choices , room was reliably clean. Air conditioner did not work well and reception staff had to reset the system more than once . I think hotel has to take further action to fix this problem considering the hotel cost and location . Considering the hot weather, it was difficult at certain moments.

All the staff were very welcoming friendly. Could not fault the breakfast at all. There were so much fresh options to choose from. The rooms were very clean and well air conditioned. The hotel restaurant was amazing. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel idéalement situé à Palerme, avec une réception et un service de conciergerie particulièrement disponibles et attentionnés. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre Deluxe offrant une magnifique vue, tout en étant très calme, avec une excellente literie garantissant un vrai confort. Le petit déjeuner est correct et varié, à la hauteur du standing de l’établissement. Seul petit bémol : il est servi en sous-sol, mais cela n’a absolument pas entaché la qualité de notre séjour. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. The airconditioning was perfect after a hot day exploring, and the staff were incredible.

Ok and functional hotel with a/c. Pretty standard breakfast. The shower temperature was erratic (warm to freezing and back again) and the bath seal was peeling away and a bit grubby. However, helpful desk staff and hotel good position with easy access to historic centre.

Hotel de qualité situé en dehors de la zone ZTL mais a deux pas du centre historique de Palerme. Personnel accueillant et a l écoute. Roof top au top...avec une cuisine raffinée. Pensez a réserver car places limitées.
