ホテル全体、客室共にとても清潔で、リフォームされているからか設備も新しく快適でした。アメニティも充実していました。 スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。 また、立地もとても良く、バス停は目の前でスーパーやレストラン、カフェも近くにあり便利でした。 次回パレルモに滞在する際も宿泊したいです。

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフは英語できるので片言の英語でも大丈夫です。アップグレードしてポリテアマ劇場が見える側にしたのですが最高でした！見晴らしがよく、特に夜ポリテアマ劇場を見下ろす景色は非常に良く特別な時間をすごせました！余裕があれば屋上のbarもオススメです。値段はビックリ価格ですがラグジュアリーな時間を堪能できます。朝食のバイキングは種類が多く、スイーツも充実しているので女子にオススメです。部屋、スタッフ、朝食全てがよくまたシチリアに来ることがあればリピートしたいホテルです。

pradaの横にあり、目の前は広場になっており立地がすばらしい。 ホテルのお部屋からも広場にいる人の様子がよく見えました。 お部屋も広々としていて、3人で泊まるのにちょうど良かったです。アメニティも3つずつあり、スリッパなども用意されていました。 スタッフの方も優しく、チェックイン前後の荷物預けやタクシー手配などにも快くご対応いただきました。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

The hotel is located right in front of the airport-shuttle bus stop. Safe and clean. The room was spacious.

早朝に到着したにもかかわらず、気持ちよく部屋に案内していただき、接客も丁寧でスマートでした。 マッシモ歌劇場や他の観光ポイントにも近く、かつ空港バスの発着所がホテルの前で場所的にも最高でした。

空港バスの発着所に近くて便利だけど中央駅からは遠い。著名な観光地を回るには少し遠い。施設の設備スタッフの対応は値段的に申し分無い。

隣の部屋の音が良く聞こえた。

Nice hotel but noisy because of the traffic Exelent dining at the hotel

This is a nice hotel with some pros and cons. Pros: Good location close to good bakeries, coffee shops, shopping, and theaters. It's a fairly long walk to the Kalsa and Cattedrale, so not so convenient if you want to focus your sightseeing on those areas. The hotel is clean and the rooms are modern with excellent water pressure. Breakfast is excellent. Cons: The biggest downside for us was the lack of ventilation in the rooms. We visited in December when the weather was gorgeous and balmy. Unfortunately the windows in the room only opened at the top, and only for a few inches. The room was sweltering and we couldn't air it out even though it was lovely outside. And leaving the window open at night is not an option because the hotel is on a very noisy street. The staff kindly provided a fan but we just couldn't cool the room down as the A/C had been turned off for the winter season. We would hesitate to visit again unless we were able to secure a room where the window opened completely.

I had a great experience at Hotel Politeama in Palermo. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable: right in the center, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major sights. A big plus is that the hotel offers parking, which made getting around incredibly convenient. I also want to highlight the excellent service from the concierge, Filippo, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made the experience even smoother.

La habitación amplia, el personal excelente, el desayuno muy bueno y abundante, y sobretodo el valet parking muy necesario! Además súper bien ubicado!!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very well-kept and spotless throughout our visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s also conveniently located in the central area — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

We loved this place - excellent value on the edge of the old town; most main sites in walking distance but not right in the middle of it all. Comfortable modern well furnished room (though pillows a little hard) with balcony and city view. Rooftop restaurant was special and worth a visit. Breakfast reasonable and plentiful. Staff very helpful.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren großzügig und sauber. Das Personal war höflich und spricht gut englisch. Valet parken 23€ pro Tag.

Very nice & comfortable stay. Excellent location to stay in Palermo. Easy walking distance to the old town. We had a balcony with a view of the Piazza Garibaldi so a lovely place to sit out on & enjoy the view. Excellent restaurant with a fabulous on the rooftop, but quite small & therefore busy so definitely need to book.
