We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city.
Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location.
The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

O hotel é muito bem localizado: próximo das atrações a ver em Palermo. O quarto muito confortável. O café da manhã não tem produtos de alta qualidade : sucos horríveis e doces demais! Deveria ter maquinas para nós próprios nos servirmos de café.

pradaの横にあり、目の前は広場になっており立地がすばらしい。
ホテルのお部屋からも広場にいる人の様子がよく見えました。
お部屋も広々としていて、3人で泊まるのにちょうど良かったです。アメニティも3つずつあり、スリッパなども用意されていました。
スタッフの方も優しく、チェックイン前後の荷物預けやタクシー手配などにも快くご対応いただきました。
また泊まりたいホテルです。

Very well styled rooms, we had a corner room with a view of the square. Staff were helpful and let us check out an hour later without hesitation.

I love this hotel— great location where you are literally on the edge of the city center and where locals live and shop.
We had a car so the hotel offered valet parking for our ease of mind - there is not really parking in front of the hotel available or nearby otherwise. It ended up being 23€ per night, not bad.
The hotel has a rooftop bar which is beautiful and definitely worth a dinner and/or drinks night cap. It overlooks the lively piazza in front of the teatro.
The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and accommodating.
I definitely recommend this for a family, friends, or solo travelers looking for a modern stay with our creature comforts.

The reception staff were polite and helpful.
We were upgraded and had a room with a terrace and a great view of the city.
The room was clean with tea, coffee and nice toiletries.
The area felt safe, particularly as there were parts of the city that didn’t feel very safe.
Restaurants close by and walking distance of the main attractions.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is right in the heart of the city so easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly bigger then the photo's and clean. Parking was easy with their valet service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
