Great staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Only issue was no face cloths available in room. Asked front desk and none available. Would be nice to have a recycle option in room as well. Would stay here again.

The door lock for the room was broken and it took them two hours to fix. Then I was charged a room charge and when inquired they stated that there was smoke scent in the room we had our hairs done in the room and no one smokes and the lack of ventilation was very evident

Everything was great overall, except for the food offer in the breakfast buffet. The food available was good, but not enough variety.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional. The STANDOUT for our stay was Margaret from housekeeping! Margaret was so professional, polite, expeditious and caring about her work and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Hilton Garden Inn Brampton and The Hilton hotels organization should be very proud to have her on staff. Margaret is an amazing human being!!

Room was spotless, spacious and right beside my meeting. Great stay!

Staff - very polite and professional Breakfast - would have loved to see more choices including, fruits. They had peeled melon but I do not eat melon and would have expected to see whole apples, oranges and other fruits not peeled options. Facility - refrigerator in my room did not work. The heater/AC in my room kept going on at odd hours and very loud to point of disrupting sleep. The walls were rather thin and could literally hear next door and the linen room which backed into my room. Parking - ideal location as property is set on a large ground thus, ample parking.

We booked the "Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible" (room 309) and stayed from Fri, Sept 19 2025 to Sun, Sept 21 2025. Everything was ok but the room seriously lacks floor lighting. The addition of a floor lamp would be welcome.
