Excellent stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and common areas.

It's a nice place to lodge with safe and free parking. Staffs were very good and professional. Overall, I can recommend this place for anyone to lodge.

The Staff at this Hotel are amazing! The entire property overall was immaculate. Our room was perfect. Highly recommend if you are in the Toronto airport area! Short drive to everything.

Ihana ja avulias henkilökunta <3. Ilmainen pysäköinti +++++. Aamiainen oli maittava ja löytyi myös hedelmiä pöydästä. Juustoa ja leikkeleitä sekä kurkkua ja tomaattia voisi vielä lisätä niin olisi täydellinen aamiaispöytä :-). Seuraavan kerran Torontossa valitsemme varmasti saman hotellin.

Took 3 days to fix a broken floor button in one of the elevators. Unfortunately, this was my floor. Also, none of the cardio machines were working, all for different reasons. They were fixing them the morning I left after my 5 night stay.

I understand check in time is 3 pm. I was early and was told at 2pm that my room was not available yet. I had to wait to 3:38 for my room to be cleaned and ready for occupancy. The hotel was only at 25% capacity for the night. I watched other guests check in and given their keys. But had to wait almost 40 over the check in time and was not offered an alternate room or even water just a seat in the lobby. For the hour and 40 mins wait. In addition; The bed was lumpy and the unit under the window blew cold air on me all night even after the temp was adjusted.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn, especially considering the price and brand reputation. The TV software was shockingly outdated—like something from the 90s—with no support for Netflix, YouTube, or any modern streaming options. When you’re traveling with kids, this becomes a major inconvenience. We checked in expecting a comfortable stay, but instead found issues like stains and outdated in-room features right away. What made it worse is that, as customers, we rely on the Hilton brand and expect a certain standard. We shouldn’t have to check every small detail ourselves. The service experience was even more disappointing. When I requested cutlery, I was asked to come down to reception because there was no staff available to deliver it—and I was given plastic cutlery. The next day, when I asked again, I received only one plate and takeaway boxes. Only after expressing frustration was I offered ceramic plates, and even then I was told to “handle them with care.” As a Hilton member, this felt quite embarrassing and unprofessional. Another issue was basic amenities. Complimentary water bottles, which are usually expected at check-in, were only offered later after I raised concerns—and by then, it didn’t matter. I was told that my concerns would be escalated to a manager, but at checkout there was no acknowledgment—no apology, no thanks, and no request for feedback. That lack of basic customer service was very disappointing.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for a girls' hockey tournament and they were very nice to us bc the girls were not problematic!

The front desk clerks were so welcoming and accommodating! Love that they were always smiling!

Ravnett and Ronald is awesome. The girl there with the long hair needs to learn some manners. But Ravnett and Ronald always professional and smiling.
