大きなホテルで客室も多いので良いサービスを受ける事ができるのか心配しましたが、スタッフ数が多くとてもフレンドリーで丁寧なサービスを受ける事ができました。

Enjoyed my stay - food was good. Drinks for cocktails seemed to be very light on alcohol. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This resort is a great place to relax and unwind! The activities planned by the entertainment team were amazing. Special thanks to Jimmy and Peter for being the best entertainers:)

Everything was very well kept.. I will say though that the restroom could use some maintenance, the doors to the balcony were somewhat hard to open not as smooth and the floors felt a little sticky but could have been because of the humidity, the door handle to the room was loose but other than that it was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We loved the stay in the beautiful resort, my only on thing I wish that the resort can do more of is give more poultry options , like more chicken & beef during there breakfast lunch & dinner at the buffet , for some people that can’t eat Pork , it would be much appreciated

Everyone was very nice, food was okay, I stayed at other Iberostar resort and this the first time I have to say this location the food was okay, others where very good, the staff where wonderful

Amazing family friendly resort and great pools. My only problem is that the sushi bar always had their sushi/sashimi displayed on a platter instead of ice which is the right way to display and serve sushi at a buffet. As a result it wasn’t fresh and usually warm by the end of the buffet time. I’m sure this is a recipe for someone to get sick. Apart from this everything else at this resort is amazing, I would still book again but never through Expedia as it’s impossible to change anything and Expedia is not at all accommodating about changes once you book. Will always book through the resort from now on, lesson learned.

Entertainment and food need to improve. Room quality need remodeling. Pool floors need to be fixed. Room service selections are poor. AC needs to be distributed better throughout resort. More 24 hour food choices needed. Food staff was super friendly. Concierge service can improve. Activities don't match the app.

Todo en general es muy buena, sin embargo es un hotel muy enfocado en el turismo gringo, ya que los shows son en inglés y en las actividades solo invitan a extrangeros, de 5 dias solo 1 vez me invitaron, en general es un hotel bello pero si quieres ocupar las camas en la picina las rentan, aunque tengas el "TODO INCLUIDO". UN MESERO LLAMADO ALEJANDRO DEL BUFFET PÉSIMO SERVCIO, NI AGUA NOS SIRVIO NI NOS RECOGÍAN LOS PLATOS. 😑

Room was clean, we upgraded to an ocean view and it wasn’t great. The staff was helpfully but they got upset I wouldn’t commit to a 90 min presentation during breakfast. The outdoor pools were great. The beach was very clean, they cleaned the seaweeds every morning, and cleaned off any/all trash. I’d give the food a 3/5 from the restaurants outside to the steakhouse inside. Overall 4/5 experience.

We enjoyed every minute. Only issues (opinion) were lack of waterside bar service. And the shows were at 9:30 pm. It was hard to keep kids awake after a full day of sun/ water. All minor. Food was excellent throughout the hotel . Definitely worth trying..

I had an overall good stay. Wasn’t too crowded in mid April. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I understand the concierge is just doing their job during check in, but it felt too pushy for me and lengthy. The buffet had a great selection and most options were tasty. The property’s age does show in some areas of the rooms. The main pool could’ve been a bit warmer, and there were some parts of the flooring that were rough. The seaweed was cleaned up every morning on the beach which was nice and made swimming more enjoyable. The entertainment is mostly aimed for a children’s audience. Definitely a more family-friendly, relaxed vibe resort.

From the cleanliness of the rooms to the entertainment and activities throughout the day, everything was thoughtfully done. It never felt overcrowded, and there was always something fun going on if you wanted to join in. If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive experience in Cancún, this is it. I’d go back in a heartbeat—easily a 5-star stay.
