大きなホテルで客室も多いので良いサービスを受ける事ができるのか心配しましたが、スタッフ数が多くとてもフレンドリーで丁寧なサービスを受ける事ができました。

Overall, this property gets four out of five stars in cleanliness, service, and food quality. When booking with Expedia, the hotel offers a 400 dollar credit,(total scam. Also, watch out for hotel pressure to sell you (VIP membership) that they said would only take one hour and ended up costing 5 hours of salespeople sharks trying to reach into pockets of every family initiating a vacation. The pool and beach area are great!

First thing, the restaurants were incredible. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were really friendly. The buffet is your normal buffet, nothing too special to write home about. There are a lot of options, but after 2 days I’m pretty sure you have seen everything, especially since the menu did not change during my 6-day stay. There was one restaurant near the beach that I was not able to visit because, for some reason, it was closed both times I tried to go. One thing about this hotel: make sure when booking through Expedia or their website that all reservations are correct and there are no mistakes, because no one will help you. Neither Expedia nor the hotel took responsibility. I paid for a room that I had to keep empty throughout my stay, and there was no incentive or help offered. I paid for something I was not able to use, and even though I noticed the issue within hours of making the reservation, no one helped. I ended up having to absorb the cost. The room could use some remodeling. The beds were comfortable, but some of the bathrooms are not up to standard. There were cosmetic issues and repairs that did not look good, especially considering how much we paid for the stay.

Vacaciones en familia y amigos , la comida del buffed encontré poca variada sobre todo para los niños , en el restaurante Americano estuvimos esperando 1 hora para la comida , según el mesero q porque pedimos la carne bien cocinada yo le daría al hotel 3 de 5 estrellas porque la animación estaba muy floja también .no se si volveremos en el futuro creo q probaré otra línea de hoteles

Not a very clean resort and pretty old!

Overall, we had a good experience during our stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always quick to assist when needed. We enjoyed the food at most of the restaurants; however, I would not recommend the American Bistro, as it was our least favorite dining experience. The rooms were clean and well-kept, though they could benefit from some updating. The landscaping throughout the property was beautifully maintained, and we appreciated that the beach was cleaned daily to help manage the seasonal seaweed. One area that needs attention is the main pool. It appeared to be overdue for maintenance, with missing tiles and rough patches on the pool floor where layers seemed to be deteriorating. We also found some of the paid amenities to be significantly overpriced and not worth the cost. For example, I had planned to book massages for both myself and my spouse but quickly changed my mind after seeing the spa prices. The cost was more than double what we typically pay at home and considerably higher than at other resorts we have stayed at in the past. Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed our trip and appreciated the hard work of the staff and grounds crew throughout our stay.

The villa was very clean we got clean towels every day, mini bar restock every day the staff was very helpful and polite Pool was very clean. We had access to to the beach I really recommend this place out vacations were so pleasant Plus the food was delicious we enjoy everything but my favorite was the hibachi night. By the way you need to make a reservation in advance for the Hibachi dinner but it is worth it .

I love the hotel and staff. The food is very good. The supervising chef are always walking the buffet making sure everything is good. Shout out to Daniel and Danay.

This was our first family friendly resort. My husband and I both agree that this was on of our top favorite resorts we’ve been to. The grounds were beautiful and the food was great!

I went into this stay expecting a high-end resort experience, and that’s not quite what I got. Iberostar Selection Cancún is fine, but it didn’t feel like the premium property it’s marketed as. The staff was hit or miss. Some members were genuinely helpful and made an effort, while others made me feel like an inconvenience when I asked for anything. That inconsistency was frustrating, especially at a resort positioning itself as upscale. My biggest takeaway, though, was feeling like I was seen as a dollar sign rather than a guest. There was a constant sense of being upsold and a transactional vibe that took away from the relaxation I came for. It’s not a bad place, and a few standout staff members deserve credit, but it didn’t live up to the “selection” or high-end label. Three stars feels right adequate, but not the elevated experience I was hoping for.

Everything was great and the staff were very helpful. The resort was very comfortable and had many activities that familys can do. The food was great and so were the activities.

The rooms are fine. Most of the staff were excepcional. The floor of the pools are bit raspy. They should clean better the seaweed at the beach.

I would have given 5 stars, but the hotel is very outdated and needs room and pool maintenance ASAP. The rooms were clean, but everything feels old. Even the vanity sink was broken and they held together with glue so it wouldn’t fall apart. The pools are beautiful and big, BUT the inside surface is extremely damaged. They need to be replastered right away because the rough areas hurt your feet. The food was delicious I especially loved the taco restaurant near the pool. The pastor trompo was amazing. The main buffet had plenty of options, and the best part is that everything actually tasted delicious. Service was great; all the staff were very friendly and nice.I would come back only if upgrades are made to the entire hotel structure. Thank you.
