サービスも雰囲気もすばらしい。 ハーフボードの食事付きでしたが、料理は豊富ですが余り美味しくなかった。二晩目のレストラン、クリスタルはマーマー。巨大ホテルなので仕方ないかと思いますが。二食付きで二人で二万くらいは長期滞在にはおすすめ。 目の前の砂漠と海の景色、街の散策も便利です。

レストランのスタッフの対応は抜群でした。快適に食事が取れました。フレンドリーで陽気、かつ紳士的で最高でした。他のお客の皆さんも、紳士淑女って感じです。 ホテル内には、絵画が多く飾られ、豪華感が漂っていました。 絶対おすすめです。

とある事情で予定より1日早くチェックインできないか交渉したが、非常に丁寧な対応だった。待ち時間にはオレンジジュース（もしくはCava）がサーブされてほっと一息。部屋はマスパロマス砂丘が一望できる広いバルコニー付きで、リゾート気分を満喫できた。全体的に満足度は高かった。

朝・夕の食事付きで、食事の種類も豊富。休暇を満喫できた。 海岸までは距離があるので、毎日海で過ごしたい人は、ちょっと立地場所が良くないかも。

Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was ok. The amenities provided in the room as usual, like any other 5-star hotel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note. At one point, I found a cockroach on my site table, complain to the staff at my check out.

Un séjour absolument magnifique dans cet hôtel ! Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables : un cadre superbe, un buffet très varié et délicieux, ainsi qu’une chambre impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours à l’écoute, souriant et très agréable, que ce soit à la réception ou en salle. Même sans vue sur les dunes depuis notre chambre, nous avons eu le plaisir d’en profiter chaque jour lors de magnifiques promenades. Un immense merci à Nico pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et ses précieux conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits magnifiques sur l’île. Un grand merci également à Mathéo et Eveline, toujours souriants, disponibles et d’une grande gentillesse. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ce séjour aussi parfait. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite !

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beautiful Maspalomas Dunes. From our room we had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, the green palm trees, the sweeping sand dunes and the sea in the distance. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. All the staff were lovely and polite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The RIU Party on Friday was definitely the highlight—so much fun and absolutely not to be missed! Free drinks, great music, and lots of dancing made it a fantastic night. The breakfast and half-board buffet were also wonderful, with a huge variety of options and plenty of fresh fruitsz We had a great time here and would love to come back again.

This is an expensive option for a hotel with average rooms. Being kept waiting at reception on every occasion for €400 a night is also not great. The range of buffet food is exceptional and the staff are generally very pleasant and helpful. But the experience was somewhat spoiled by being thrown out of the room by the cleaner on the dot of checkout who despite not knocking and being asked to leave continued to empty bins and strip beds while we collected our things.
