古びてはいますが、客室はとても清潔で気持ちが良かったです。テレビの音量が下げられず困りましたが、テレビを見に来たわけではありませんので良しとします。シャワーは勢い良くお湯もちゃんと熱いです。窓からは通りの様子がよく見えて、旅情がありました。 ホテルの外観はコロニアル調で素敵ですが、内部の大きな吹き抜けも特徴的で素晴らしいです。スタッフは皆さんとても優しく、英語の下手な私の希望を聞いてくれました。過剰なサービスはせず、良い意味で放っておいてくれますが、こちらがお願いすれば迅速に動いてくれます。このホテルへ泊まりたくなって、またムンバイへ来てしまいそうです。ありがとうございました。

建物は歴史があってとても良い雰囲気です。 部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。 ただ、エアコンとバスルームを新しくするともっと快適になると思います。 朝食メニューももう少しバリュエーションがあると更に良いです。

客室設備の古さは気になりましたが、フロントスタッフの大変親切な対応に助けられました。

毎年少しずつ部屋が綺麗になっていて、とても好感が持てるホテルです。スタッフも非常に親切。喧騒から少し離れているので、朝もうるさくないのが良い。 湯沸しが壊れて半日お湯が出なかったが、例年は普通に使えていたので、たまたまだったかも知れません。スタッフさんがバケツにお湯をいっぱいくんできてくれて、やり過ごしました。

利便性も良く、快適なホテルです

深夜便でムンバイ空港に到着し、午前1時ごろチェックイン。外観は英国式で内装も風格があった。フロントやボーイも愛想よく丁寧に対応してくれた。 しかし、設備に問題が多く、快適な滞在とはいいがたかった。たとえば、 ・wifiの接続が途切れ途切れで、繋がっても遅い。（動画は見れないほど） ・ホットシャワーが朝の6時から11時まで。それ以外の時間はフロントにお願いしてボイラーを付けてもらい、30分待たなければいけない。 ・大通りにのベランダに面した窓のカギが壊れており、鍵をかけることができない。部外者が侵入しかねない状態。 ・部屋は事前に指定していたダブルではなく、ツインの部屋に案内された。 総じてインフラが貧弱なインドなのでwifiやシャワーの件は割り切ろうと思ったが、安全面に直接つながる窓のカギの件は頂けなかった。

CST駅から徒歩圏内にあるコロニアル調で雰囲気の良いホテル。デラックスは大きな窓があるがスタンダードは天窓のみなので居住性が良くない。泊まるならデラックスにしたい。

Good and simple place. One pity thing is too weak Wifi signal.

25年くらい前に数回泊まったが、その当時は古いだけのホテルだった。今は外観残して内部は改装してあり綺麗になった。部屋は広く使いやすい。値段の割に（1万円ちょっと）は安い。

ムンバイでは意外と少ないコロニアルなクラッシクホテル 多少古びてはいるが立地も良く 折角ならこんなホテルに泊まってオールドボンベイを味わってほしい

The room was spotless, the staff were always helpful and on point. Fresh water, tea and coffee each day. A large, quiet room. And a very quaint elevator, retaining the original feel of the building. Breakfast was included for us and it was simple but certainly adequate. Fruit, cereal, toast, muffins, omlettes and a good selection of Indian favourites. We ate dinner in the restaurant a few times. The food was always tasty, although not always the same as "home", but hey, it's India. If I wanted things to be the same, what's the point of travelling?

Wonderful staff who helped when my elderly father was sick. We stayed in a large family room, watch feels like a mini apartment, ideal for a family of three or four.. This is our second stay here.. The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai.

Firstly: I paid for an Indian friends room who checked in day after, but when she checked in they made her pay the room one more time, which was really embarrassing since I had promised her to pay for the room. Secondly: I fell sick and posted don't disturb sign on door, the staff wake me up 2 times, knocking and ringing doorbell.

Firstly, double charged room for my friend, really embarrassing. I paid her room day before. Secondly, did not respect "don't disturb sign" on door, knocking and ringing on door waking me up, really annoying when sleeping while sick. No wine, this is "hard liquor" according to hotel.

Trevligt gammalt hotell med anor. Många material som är bevarade och uppdaterade. Läget är perfekt. Vi kom med tåg till CST och kunde enkelt promenera till hotellet trots att vi kom efter att det blivit mörkt.

The hotel was in a very central location. They told us that the hot water is only on during certain times. The breakfast buffet was decent. The staff at the hotel was very nice & helpful.

Histrical but very clean and comfortable hotel. Elevator is special.

Staff excellent

This hotel is an old hotel that could use an update. With that being said it was quite comfortable to stay in. The room was clean and in a great location. The staff was very good and the young lady who was the concierge was exceptional. She helped set up a tour for us when our hired guide did not show.

The hotel is in a good location and has some history, but had no doubt seen better days. The bed was comfortable, although the room only offered a small, frosted window, v so I could only tell if it was day or night and one what the weather was like if I heard pouring rain. The staff are helpful and welcoming
