建物は歴史があってとても良い雰囲気です。 部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。 ただ、エアコンとバスルームを新しくするともっと快適になると思います。 朝食メニューももう少しバリュエーションがあると更に良いです。

客室設備の古さは気になりましたが、フロントスタッフの大変親切な対応に助けられました。

毎年少しずつ部屋が綺麗になっていて、とても好感が持てるホテルです。スタッフも非常に親切。喧騒から少し離れているので、朝もうるさくないのが良い。 湯沸しが壊れて半日お湯が出なかったが、例年は普通に使えていたので、たまたまだったかも知れません。スタッフさんがバケツにお湯をいっぱいくんできてくれて、やり過ごしました。

利便性も良く、快適なホテルです

深夜便でムンバイ空港に到着し、午前1時ごろチェックイン。外観は英国式で内装も風格があった。フロントやボーイも愛想よく丁寧に対応してくれた。 しかし、設備に問題が多く、快適な滞在とはいいがたかった。たとえば、 ・wifiの接続が途切れ途切れで、繋がっても遅い。（動画は見れないほど） ・ホットシャワーが朝の6時から11時まで。それ以外の時間はフロントにお願いしてボイラーを付けてもらい、30分待たなければいけない。 ・大通りにのベランダに面した窓のカギが壊れており、鍵をかけることができない。部外者が侵入しかねない状態。 ・部屋は事前に指定していたダブルではなく、ツインの部屋に案内された。 総じてインフラが貧弱なインドなのでwifiやシャワーの件は割り切ろうと思ったが、安全面に直接つながる窓のカギの件は頂けなかった。

CST駅から徒歩圏内にあるコロニアル調で雰囲気の良いホテル。デラックスは大きな窓があるがスタンダードは天窓のみなので居住性が良くない。泊まるならデラックスにしたい。

Good and simple place. One pity thing is too weak Wifi signal.

25年くらい前に数回泊まったが、その当時は古いだけのホテルだった。今は外観残して内部は改装してあり綺麗になった。部屋は広く使いやすい。値段の割に（1万円ちょっと）は安い。

ムンバイでは意外と少ないコロニアルなクラッシクホテル 多少古びてはいるが立地も良く 折角ならこんなホテルに泊まってオールドボンベイを味わってほしい

The hotel is in a good location and has some history, but had no doubt seen better days. The bed was comfortable, although the room only offered a small, frosted window, v so I could only tell if it was day or night and one what the weather was like if I heard pouring rain. The staff are helpful and welcoming

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Mumbai, especially at a historic property located in the Fort area. Everything was great overall, but I was quite surprised to find that the hotel didn’t have any electricity backup—that's definitely something to consider. Otherwise, everything was good. The hotel is not bad, but the rooms need renovation. The elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor and you have to walk up to the 4th floor with your luggage. The rooms are clean but they need a total change of everything inside. I wouldn't stay here again if I had another choice. The breakfast is monotonous - the same every day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Mumbai, and I must say, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue? Hot water is not available at all times. They have a single time slot for hot water between 6 AM and 9 AM, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website or during booking. Imagine spending the whole day exploring the bustling streets of Mumbai, only to return to your hotel in the evening and find out you can’t take a warm shower. It’s beyond frustrating! This lack of transparency feels deceptive. It’s clear why they don’t advertise this. if they did, nobody would book a stay here. A hotel that calls itself "grand" should at least provide basic amenities like 24-hour hot water. The inconvenience overshadowed any positives about the hotel. Until they address this issue, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you value comfort after a long day of travel.

Beautiful architecture with spacious and airy rooms in a great location. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very warm and welcoming and always helpful, extremely polite and ready to do anything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. Centrally located, the neighbourhood is easy to walk around, very interesting and very accessible. A great place to stay!!

Very cute heritage building in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly and professional. The gym needs a bit of care, and the room cleanliness could be better.

It is a grand old hotel that has maintained its elegant design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit is quite old and produced a very moldy smell.
