ヨーロッパらしい古い建物ですが部屋はコンパクトに必要最低限揃っています。 クーラー、冷蔵庫完備で、トリプルルームのベッド3つ全てシングルでしっかりしていてよかったです。 立地は最高ですが、タクシーが入れない場所なので、1ブロック歩く必要あります。

Location is very good. Very near to Sol station. The room is wide and clean. Staffs are kind and good at speaking English. Unfortunatelly, Wifi is slow and narrow. A room has only one trash can in the bath room. However, the hotel's breakfast service is wonderful. Tasty and amount enough. If you want to stay near Sol station, I guess the Alhambra Sweet Hotel is the best choice.

とても快適でした。スタッフさんのサービスもよかったです！ ただ、Wi-Fiが非常に弱いのが残念でした。

シャワーの出水口が横向きのものがあり注意。シャワールームが水浸しに゜

部屋も広くスタッフもよくロケーションも最高でした。 ただ、wifiが遅く時々断線するのが？でした。

朝食付きにしたのですが、7時半～とのこと。朝早いスケジュールにしてたので食べられなくて残念でした。ソル広場から少しさびしい路地を入りますが、歩いてすぐなのでとても便利でした。

ソル駅から近く、サンタアナ広場に行く途中にもバルがたくさんあります。朝食は提携（？）のバルのビュッフェで食べられて、おいしかったです。部屋も過ごしやすいですが、シャワーがなかなかお湯にならず苦労しました。

総括　ホテル経営のコンセプトに誠意を感じない。 短所 　・ホテルのレセプションは1人で24時間交代制で行ってるようであり、ただの管理者というイメージ 　管理者は私服で疲れており、サービスという概念はない。 　・通された部屋はセーフティボックスが壊れていた。満室といわれ部屋の変更できず。 　・キングサイズのベッドリクエストが、シングルで部屋も狭く、独房のように感じた。 　・水周りの清潔感は低い。

ロケーションは大変良いが, 通りが少し汚く, 入口が奥の二階で始めは"あれッ?"と思った. 　しかし中はきれいで, twinで頼んだがシーズンオフ(11月中旬)のためかベッドの4つある広い, 清潔な部屋だった. 　フリーのインターネットが使えたのでメールチェックもできた(読むのは日本語, 書くのは英語). 　夜中の1時まではディナーをしている人が一杯で安全な所だとスタッフが言っていた. 朝食は近くのカフェと提携していてなかなか良かった. 　この値段では充分な価値があり, 機会があればまた泊まると思う

Es un hostal con una gran ubicación, seguro, con personal muy amable y el restaurante que ofrece El desayuno, me pareció bueno y muy agradable.

Location of this hotel is excellent - very many restaurants, shops, and the metro just a few blocks from the property. The triple room we stayed in was cleaned daily by housekeeping & the building seemed very clean overall. The front desk staff were incredibly nice. The description says the rooms are soundproof; however, one can hear noises from the hallway. There are high ceilings, and between the ceiling, the walls and the part of the floor not covered by carpet, sound carries throughout. I can confirm what others said about the shower water temp being inconsistent between hot and cold water. The hotel restaurant isn’t in the hotel, it’s a few shirt blocks away.

Nice, super central, affordable but one bad thing… The shower had mold in it and not stable water temperatures witch should be like a basic feature. It went from cold to super hot every 20 seconds.

Si è praticamente in centro alla Puerta del Sol quindi vicino a tutto.....per chi è abituato a camminare. Tutt'intorno locali dove mangiare, bere e fare shopping. Il personale gentile e disponibile, unico difetto è che per il prezzo pagato avrebbero potuto darmi una camera con vista sulla strada e non con una finestra che affacciava in un punto luce. Per il resto consigliato.

Localisation TOP car c’est central La chambre était trop petite pour 2 adultes avec de grosses valises. Insonorisation terrible nous nous sommes fait réveiller plusieurs fois par nuit par les bruits du passage ( pas ceux des autres chambres). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le déjeuner inclus etait correct et le café était bon.
