共用部分やお部屋がとても清潔で清掃が行き届いていました。 またスタッフの方はどなたも皆親切で心地のよいサービスをしてくださいました。 立地は繁華街やアトーチャ駅からは少し距離はありますが、その分静かで良かったと思いました。駅は近いです。

スーツケースが壊れて困っていたらキッチンで使うラップをケースに巻いてくれて次の旅先まで無事行くことができました。とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。

ここのホテルに泊まれて良かったです。スタッフも皆親切、丁寧でお部屋も綺麗でした。次回マドリードに来る機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

地下鉄の駅からすぐ、とても立地が良いところにあります。アトーチャ駅に行くには一回乗り換えが必要ですが、地下鉄に乗り、所要10分程度と便利です。 設備は若干古く、壁が薄いのか隣の音が多少うるさかったです。また、ベットも少し古めのようでした。 最初の部屋のトイレを流すボタンが壊れてしまいましたが、スタッフの方がすぐに新しい部屋を用意してくれました。とても親切に対応してもらいました。 設備は古いですが、とても清潔で、スタッフも親切、立地も良く、総合的にとても良いホテルと思います。

The hotel is great, clean and well maintained. It seems pretty new and has a nice restaurant. I would say, though, that the location is not ideal if you want to be close to city center, there's not much in the area. Also, the pool is pretty small and not as big as it seems from the photos, and the water was very cold on a hot day.

Good location. Felt safe walking around. Choice of restaurants in the neighborhood was limited. Hotel and staff were pretty good.

I really enjoyed my trip to Spain. And this hotel made it their mission to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay

Wonderful stay! There is some construction in the area but uber rides to the center were not that expensive! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Great staff! Close to the center. Easy to get to. Can hop on the grey line. Pleasant walk to the blue line. Really nice walk to el Centro through El Retiro.

It was fine. Decent price. Close to restaurants. But it is in a construction zone in a not great area. Madrid might just not be great as far as I know. Hotel was fine but not awesome. I liked the adjoining family room. Price was good. Pool was tiny and not awesome, but fine on a hot July day.

The hotel provides a nice breakfast and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The only disadvantage is the location. You have to walk a bit to get to the closest metro station. There is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel, so it can be a little disruptive.

room was comfortable but for the hot summer months, they do not provide a complimentory bottle of water which is unusual for a hotel of star rating Beds are also comfortable and the facilities such as Gym and Pool are great. The price for breakfast is totally not worth the price. For around 10 Euro less you can find more value in the hotel cafe or other nearby restaurants and cafes

Perfection. The hotel staff were respectful, professional, and made us feel welcome. The room was luxurious and well looked after, with a well stocked mini-bar, clean sheets, and comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant on the ground level is worth a visit. The pool is perfect for cooling off on the hot summer days. Overall a fantastic spot, wish I could have stayed longer.
