I love this hotel!

アットホームで、大変過ごしやすいホテルでした！窓からの議事堂の景色も、隣のカテドラルの鐘の音もとても素敵でした。朝食も美味しかったです！

工事中なこともあり、少し朝は騒がしいですが（アイスランドは朝6時くらいから仕事始まるみたい。でも終るのも17時くらいと早い）それ以外は最高でした。キッチンもIHキッチン、鍋、フォーク、包丁、コップなどなど全て揃っています。よって、食材を日本から少しもっていって、後はボーナスなどのスーパーで野菜と肉を買えば、かなり安く食事を作れると思います。朝食も有料ですがつけるととても美味しかったです。焼いたワッフルがとても甘くて最高でした。ちなみに、エレベータ横にはケーキなどが朝食後に置かれ、これは無料で部屋まで持って帰れます！結構がっつり毎日持って帰ってましたｗ　レイキャビック市街への道のりもメインロードまで歩いて3分とすごく近いです。スタッフも24時間いるし皆いい人ばかりでした。次も必ずここに泊まりたいなと思えるアットホームなホテルです！！

部屋はとても綺麗で過ぎしやすかったです。 シャワーの水圧もよく、シャンプー・ボディーソープもおしゃれなものが常備されていました。 一つの要望は、部屋に電子レンジを置いて欲しいです。

This was a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated in Nordic style and colours. We lucked out with a huge room with two separate sleeping areas as well as a sofa bed. It was kept warm which we appreciated given the early May weather, but with balconies both sides so that we could have fresh air if we needed it. Really handy for the main shopping streets and restaurants, but in a quiet square with a restful church clock chiming the hours and quarters. Easy to find from the airport bus stop 1 at the Radhus. The reception staff went above and beyond to sort out our bus back to the airport on our last day. Toiletries were great - not just the usual shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, but make up remover too. If we come back to Iceland, would definitely stay here again.

Very central hotel in Reykjavik. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. My go to hotel when in Reykjavik.

Very nice hotel, great location. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable My two letdowns about the hotel and why I didn’t give five stars as we were never informed that the parking in front of their hotel was considered a public parking and that you had to pay did not realize this I was getting a second parking ticket on our second day there And the breakfast buffet was out a lot of items by 0845, which was disappointing

Kvosin is fantastically located in the heart of downtown Reykjavik. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was extremely helpful to save a few dollars for cooking quick breakfast as well. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

The location was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great but there were quite a lot of steps to get to our room. Also, tea bags were provided but no kettle to boil water. Minor details in an otherwise very nice hotel.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room lay out was small but totally great for our family of 5. Loved the kitchen and sitting area. Location is great.

Room was very spacious, well equipped, clean and quiet. Wifi, shower worked very well and the bed was very comfortable; breakfast was well supplied and fresh, coffee was delicious! And it was in a perfect location without the noise of the exact center
