Kvosin Downtown Hotel

I love this hotel!

アットホームで、大変過ごしやすいホテルでした！窓からの議事堂の景色も、隣のカテドラルの鐘の音もとても素敵でした。朝食も美味しかったです！

工事中なこともあり、少し朝は騒がしいですが（アイスランドは朝6時くらいから仕事始まるみたい。でも終るのも17時くらいと早い）それ以外は最高でした。キッチンもIHキッチン、鍋、フォーク、包丁、コップなどなど全て揃っています。よって、食材を日本から少しもっていって、後はボーナスなどのスーパーで野菜と肉を買えば、かなり安く食事を作れると思います。朝食も有料ですがつけるととても美味しかったです。焼いたワッフルがとても甘くて最高でした。ちなみに、エレベータ横にはケーキなどが朝食後に置かれ、これは無料で部屋まで持って帰れます！結構がっつり毎日持って帰ってましたｗ　レイキャビック市街への道のりもメインロードまで歩いて3分とすごく近いです。スタッフも24時間いるし皆いい人ばかりでした。次も必ずここに泊まりたいなと思えるアットホームなホテルです！！

部屋はとても綺麗で過ぎしやすかったです。 シャワーの水圧もよく、シャンプー・ボディーソープもおしゃれなものが常備されていました。 一つの要望は、部屋に電子レンジを置いて欲しいです。

Perfect location! More importantly, the staff was first class all the way!! We enjoyed interacting with them. They were kind and helpful beyond words!!! I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Hotel was perfect in every way. Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and very close to all shopping and attraxtions. We will definitely be back!

We had a superior room and it was great. It included an island with a sink and coffee/tea maker. We had a window and could see the front facing the town and enjoyed it. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had breakfast one day of our stay and it was very good with several choices on the buffet. The staff is wonderful! They were warm and welcoming every time we walked into the lobby and they gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants, all of which were excellent. They were very helpful in suggesting things to see and made us feel very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking the downtown area. I had noticed in previous reviews that people gave high ratings for location and staff, and I’d have to say that is spot-on. In our last day, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so we could go eat before we caught the bus to the airport. That was very helpful. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room was spotless, and with anything you need for your stay, shower was nice and powerful and hot, heating was warm, so it was really snug. Front desk staff were amazing, help with Parking, super friendly. We had breakfast booked and ticked all of our boxes, hot scrambled egg with bacon, cereal, juice, T-C, cold meats, fruit, and even a nice doughnut shape cake, the lady serving was very nice and polite.

Alena, Martin, Ana Maria and the rest of the staff made our stay at Kvosin amazing. Room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The kitchenette is an added bonus. Great location with walking distance options for food, drinks and attractions

While the noise insulation to the outside was excellent, the noice between rooms was very loud, particularly from the room above me--the footfalls felt amplified, and in the hall outside my door--constant door slamming. The staff were lovely, even moved my room, but there is nothing that can be done about the building itself.

The front desk staff at Kvosin were amazing! Right from the start they did their best to make us happy during our stay. From helping us with a very early check-in to taking the reins and rescheduling our bookings so we could get a nap in before heading to see the sights (overnight flights suck), Elayna and the guys at the desk were awesome! Oh and the room was super nice - 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen - would have loved to stay there a couple more days but had to head West. Highly recommend this hotel when in Reykjavik

Great location ! Room was clean . The staff was friendly and accommodating !! Will definitely stay here again If I go back .

Very good hotel. Needed a room for 5 which most hotels can't do but got a great room with two double beds and a sofa bed. There was a comfortable seating area and table plus kitchenette and a good coffee machine. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location is fantastic, literally a two minute walk from lots of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Staff were nice and the room was clean and had great facilities. The issue was the noise levels. Everytime someone walked it sounded as if they were stomping and periodically when I presume another room used their facilities a mini waterfall sound came down. Overall it's a wonderful place but the noise is too great and even with wearing earplugs to bed it was too loud.
