WARNING!! Do not use this hotel. this place is home of thieves!! They will steal your credit card information. At the time of checking in, they ask for all your credit card info., saying that they have a credit card machine somewhere else and can not process at the check in counter. Couple days later I get a call from my credit card company that they have found some suspicious transactions. Each transaction, the amount is small, like 95 pesos, or 115 pesos, 135 pesos and such, seemingly charged for google games, according to the security division of my credit card company. Why am I so sure? Because these transaction is done in Pesos, which I have never done before. It was my first night in Queretaro, Mexico, using this credit card for the first in Mexico. Couple days later, when I tried to use them for the 2nd time in Mexico,it was all locked, thanks to my credit card company's quick action. There have been already numerous false transactions before my card was locked and deactivated. I repeat do not even step inside of this building! I am going to file this to the Mexican Police, fortunately a friend of mine happens to be Police Officer in Mexico. It may take some time before as I have to do this from overseas, but definitely not letting these thives get away with this.

Que el desayuno continental sea más completo un café , pan jugo fruta por lo menos y que te den más información acerca de los lugares donde ir o ubicarte

Lo malo son las sabana y las cobijas muy cortas para las camas individuales

El proceso y atención fueron eficiente durante la estadía.

The location is very good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is just bread, fruit and coffee. Good thing there's lots of restaurants around to eat. Our room had a small balcony that faced the street, it got a little noisy at night but eventually turned quiet as the night progressed.

Las fotos del hotel difieren de la realidad, el hotel está muy descuidado y sucio.

Revisen bien cuando seleccionen habitación porque al medir cambio te cobran , sabiendo que en la aplicación no se explica nada de las habitaciones, información que el hotel no brinda

La atención del chico de recepción, me ayudó con el control de TV y me enviaron muy puntual mi factura.

Meme si j’ai eu un promo pas trop $$$ J’ai très suggestion: 1.- enlever le tapis de dernier étage, parce que ça pue et il fait trop chaud 2.- avec une toute petite rénovation, la toilette sera plus propre. 3.- habilité, la petite chambre avec petite table 2 chaises et un place pour accrocher les vêtements

Es un lugar céntrico y muy tranquilo, el personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes, con recomendaciones muy atinadas sobre las opciones a visitar, las habitaciones cómodas...
