Restaurant staff very helpful, thank you Miss Sara. The beer is great, but food is very salty. I stayed 2 days with 3 meals, all of them are salty, so it's not an accident.

旅の最終日、Bilbao空港へのアクセスが容易と思い予約。サンセバスチャンとビルバオをつなぐ高速からアクセスが容易。 とはいえ街は一通が多く、迷いました。 一通覚えればあとは大丈夫でしたが、、、 ホテルは本当の古い歴史的な建物でなく 近代建築の古いもの。駐車スペースは地下で、直接エレベーターで上がれますが、知らないと荷物を階段持ち上げる羽目になります。 バスルームは清掃されていますが老朽化してます。 wifeはアンテナはたつが使えなかった。 それが一番辛かった。 ホールのパソコンで情報仕入れたり、搭乗手続きしました。 スタッフは英語話せて、親切でした。 お食事はしていません。

Super schönes Hotel in einer schönen kleinen Stadt. Das Gebäude ist schon wunderschön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Bett und angenehmen und komfortablen Kissen. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klein aber völlig ausreichend und schön gestaltet mit Pflanzen und Liegen. Am Pool gibt es eine Bar mit lecker essen bis spät abends. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, es gibt eine ordentliche Auswahl und viele unterschiedliche Kaffeesorten. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Hôtel agréable et calme en centre ville. Le personnel est attentif, très beau jardin avec une piscine a débordement en inox. Parking en sous sol payant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la chambre avec vu sur la piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Because of the photos online, we had high expectations for this hotel. What we found was a well kept exterior and design concept but rooms with very dated interior that lacked basic maintenance and upkeep. Our family had a total of three rooms in what appears like the facility's keep or tower. Our room had the following (believe it was 221 - first door at top of stairs): • Worn/Filthy/Stained Carpet • Peeling/Stained Wallpaper • Rotted Baseboards/Trim (See Photos) Note: Family told us their rooms were not much better. Another issue was that our bed which was two twins pushed together kept separating because it was on wheels, not stationary like most are when in this configuration. Although an adequately maintained room would not have been unreasonable at the hotel's rate $182 (this amount did not including parking), it was certainly a waste for the condition of the room. Please know there is not valet or bellman and you may need to take two elevators to get to your second story room. Not everything was bad, highlights were the restaurant/room service staff which were kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. Food was very good!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Pour commencer, il jouit d’une position idéale au sein des Pays Basques, la ville est à environ une heure de trajet pour se rendre dans différents endroits à visiter : Guernica, Playa de Laga, Monte Gorbeia, Vittoria-Gasteiz, San Sebastian, Bilbao… En ce qui concerne les services de l’hôtel, le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, je le recommande vivement, la seule critique que je puisse formuler est que les fruits ne soient pas forcément de saison et qu’ils ne soient pas assez mûrs. En ce qui concerne le parking, le spa et la salle de sport, je ne les ai pas essayés, le prix du SPA ne nous a pas trop motivé (18€ par personne) et le parking est gratuit dans la rue. La piscine est agréable quoique peu profonde (1.25 m), en revanche il manquait quelques chaises-longues au bord, mais les linges de bains sont fournis par l’hôtel! La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, quoique le duvet était un peu trop chaud. Le service de nettoyage impeccable, j’ai toutefois été un peu gêné qu’il n’y ait pas de brosse pour les WC. La seule chose qui m’ait vraiment déçu est le restaurant de l’hôtel, j’y ai mangé une fois un burger au poulet que j’ai regretté. Ils proposent une recette qui s’éloigne trop de l’essence du burger. La salade prenait trop le dessus sur le goût du burger. Pas assez de sauce, qui n’était pas à mon goût, ni de fromage. Pain inadapté. Frites molles, pas assez cuites servies dansun sachet papier surune assiette le creuset ?
