Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support

中心部からはちょっと離れていますが、その分落ち着いています。運河ビューの部屋だったので、居心地は最高でした。

客室はとても清潔感があり，デザインもとても良く，リラックスして過ごすことができました。スタッフもとても親切であり，気さくに会話してくださいました。ホテルも周りは落ち着いており，比較的静かでした。

トラブルにも気持ちよく対応してくれました。スタッフも親切でした。ホテル近隣には素敵なお店も多く、朝食や夕食も困りませんでした。また夏は日が長く夜まで飲みに行っても安全でした。

とてもオシャレでインテリアも水洗金具もアメニティも細部までこだわって海外のインテリア雑誌そのもののカッコいいお部屋でした。 脱衣室は曇りガラスなので透けて無くて安心です。 クリエイターやインテリア､アパレル関係の方が泊まられると感動すると思います。 ベッドの寝心地も良く水回りも快適で清潔です。 従業員の方も親切でオシャレです。 有料貸し出し自転車はブレーキ付きでした。 ゴッホ美術館に徒歩圏内で、麻薬屋さんも近くに無いので治安も良いです。 トラムの駅が近いので大荷物でも便利でした。 朝のバイキングも一般的な種類が揃っています。席に着くと出来立てのおいしいパンケーキか、ベーコンスクランブルエッグを持ってきて貰えます。 また泊まりたいです。

部屋が狭すぎる。スーツケースを広げたまま置くスペースさえない。 シャワーの水圧が低い。 値段の価値はない。次はたぶん利用しない。

美術館巡りに便利なロケーション、部屋も清潔で快適、インテリアも気に入りました。ミニバー、ネスプレッソはありますが、電話はありません。フロントは24時間体制でなく、機能も最低限です。私にとってはまったく問題ありませんでしたが、好みが別れるかもしれません。 一つだけ不満足だったのは朝食です。€13.5の価値はまったくありません。ホテルから少し歩けば素敵なカフェがたくさんありますし、マーケットもあります。朝食なしのプランを強くお勧めします。

We had room 303 this was a large room the heating was very good and we had a need for air-conditioning to be used. This unfortunately caused it to leak and we had a puddle of water in bedroom under unit..we contacted reception and as it was between xmas and new year we were given bath mats to soak up water and advised to turn unit off and open window..we stayed from 28th dec to 5th jan ..this issue was not resolved..unfortunately this was the least of our problems ..we purchased a tsa padlock at airport for the return trip.. but having read previous reviews used it on our suitcase which contained passports and cash ..we spent the next day out.. we returned to find this had been tampered with and luckly the padlock held up although we have to get it cut off as it was broken ..therefore we carried all valuables wirh us for the week..have stayed in Amsterdam many times never had this problem before..we would therefore give this hotel a very poor rating. We would appreciate a response from expedia regarding this

Lovely big room. Views over the canal. Bed very comfy, but high! Lovely toiletries aswell. Will defo stay again.

I had another great stay at No. 377. The room is cosy and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff is nice and welcoming.
