誰のものかわからないゴミがそのまま残っていた

レイトチェックインの対応をしてもらいました。部屋は少し狭いですが、大きくて清潔なベット、枕元にコンセントとUSBの充電口、冷蔵庫が揃っています。シャワールームのドアが完全に閉まらなかったです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、綿棒とバスアメニティも充実していました。歯ブラシはありません。ドライヤーは小さくて風量を心配しましたが、風は弱くても暑いのでしっかり髪の毛を乾かすことができました。

室内照明が少なく（付いていた）照明も暗めで、ガイドブックの文字も読みづらかった。洗面台の水を出すカランの表面のくぼみの部分に、最初から短い毛が沢山うずもれて、固まった様になっていた。 引き出しの収納があったが、中が綺麗ではないので、使う気にならなかった。 ホテルでは朝食を提供はしておらず、（提携している？）紹介された、ホテルに案内を置いているカフェへ行ったが、サービスは良くなかった。 ホテルのフロントは、8時30分から20時迄で、もう少し長い方が良いと思った。 エレベーターが無いので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。 建物が古く、階段は狭く、清潔感は余り感じられなかった。 立地は、観光には便利だと思う。

スタッフの愛想は良いが、他のホテルではすべてチェックインタイムより早くにチェックインさせてもらえたのに、このホテルだけが４時のチェックインであった。また、ミネラルウオーターが買えるはずがきれていて買えなかった。部屋は屋根裏部屋のようなところであった。最大の難点はエレベーターがないこと。これはホテルのせいというより、ホテルドットコムで予約する際にこの情報はほしかった。モンとリオントールとバンクーバーでのホテル予約が非常にスムーズで大満足できるものだっただけに、残念。エレベーターがないとわかっていれば、もう少しお金を払ってでも他のホテルにしていた。ホテルスタッフには不満はない。

I think this hotel is located near the central area of Quebec City, which is very convenient for most tourists. The room is very clean, however, a soundproofing is a little bad. Basically, cost-performance is good. I recommend this hotel for staying at Quebec City.

The hotel is in a perfect location, it was downhill from there. The walls and floor are paper thin and we could not sleep at night with the people upstairs stomping on the floor until 11p at night. The noise was constant. It was impossible for us to sleep. One night, we ran out of toilet paper - checked under the sink - nothing. In the middle of night, my daughter searched by front desk to find the toilet paper.

A lovely small hotel with morning coffee, walkable to everything in Old Town. The staff and service was perfect and we enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Thanks!

Emplacement idéal. Par contre l’endroit requiert un entretien/renovation assez urgente. Menage laisse à désiré. Lit propre et confortable

Great location and easy access to all places in dawn town.

Lovely unesco approved property right beside Chateau Frontenac, fronting a garden (jardin) square park. Our small (expected) 3rd floor room had a beautiful view of the park and I even saw the lovely sunrise from our attic windows. There is no elevators so be prepared to trek up 39 stairs to 3rd floor (doable since every 3-5 steps turn at a landing), by the end we were feeling very fit. Steps away is the terrace of Fronteac and boardwalk, so we could easily walk everywhere in Vieux Quebec. Lovely staff were helpful and accommodating.

Staff member recognized my name upon checking in. Helped carry the luggage up the 3 flight of stairs, showed me where to park and made 2 suggestions of where to eat.

The property is well located. It's really a basic hotel. Clean. Room was ok. Lots of white noise.

The room was advertised as “ very small room”, so can’t complain about that. But… bed was lumpy. Faucet in tiny sink was so loose you had to hold it in place with one hand as you turned it on and off. Tiny shower but it was clean. Location is excellent.

Very nice small inn in a great location. Helpful staff.

Everything I was hoping for!

The taxi ride from the train station was very reasonable. The location is good with many sights and sites to see. There's a great variety of restaurants and shops close by.

Recomendo! Pontos positivos: sistema de auto check in e check out funcionam perfeitamente. Ponto alto é a localização! Super funcional, sem pagar muito. Pontos negativos: Quarto e Banheiro pequenos. Há escadas, então se estiver com muitas malas e/ou pesadas, pode ser um trabalho.
