誰のものかわからないゴミがそのまま残っていた

レイトチェックインの対応をしてもらいました。部屋は少し狭いですが、大きくて清潔なベット、枕元にコンセントとUSBの充電口、冷蔵庫が揃っています。シャワールームのドアが完全に閉まらなかったです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、綿棒とバスアメニティも充実していました。歯ブラシはありません。ドライヤーは小さくて風量を心配しましたが、風は弱くても暑いのでしっかり髪の毛を乾かすことができました。

Staff person was not friendly

Clean room. Parking can be a chalkenge

On arrival at the property I presented myself to the front desk and was issued a room card key. I advised the front desk staff that I was informed by a previous guest that the hotel has had issues with cleanliness and maintenance and that I wanted to inspect / see the room prior to checking in. I proceeded to the room ( # 1 main floor level). The hallway to the room was so dark and the air was dead and unpleasant. I found the shower stall interior to have excessive amounts of black fungi in the corners and many areas of failed silicone caulk where it would be impossible for staff to clean / disinfect the area of harmful infectious pathogens. I found the fan/ heater next to the toilet to be rusted and not properly cleaned and disinfected ( covered in rust and appeared to have urine stains) While doing my inspection I also focused on the bed mattress area where I found evidence of bed bug excrement ( black dots ) and exoskeletons ( their outer shells). The one window in the room had a only a very flimsy latch to lock and the was now screen in the window, (This room was ground floor next to a side walk). I reported my observations to the employee at the form t desk and advise them that the room was unaccepted and not what was promoted n there website. The employee advise me that the building was old and that there was nothing he could do about my concerns. I would not stay at the property in the future .

Guy at front desk was great ! Very friendly, helpful. Gave us tips on restaurants, shopping, parking. Room was very clean & perfect size. Everything was within walking distance. Will definitely book with them next trip.

Great location, within easy walking distance to all sights in Old Quebec. Room did not match picture. Floor and walls not clean. Mould in bathroom. Very noisy airconditioner buzzed intermittently during the night which led to very poor sleep. One desk staff was very helpful early on, but the one I spoke to about the a/c told me the noise cannot be helped because of the age of the building. You have to choose cool air or quiet, can't have both. The cost of the room was too expensive for what it was. I would not stay there again.

Well... it started with a downgrade to our room which we got nothing in return for. The PART-TIME staff were not at all helpful other than to say that they would take it up with the owners, (We had booked this room 6 months in advance). You could tell right away that you were not going to get any form of recompense from this place. The room was extremely minimalist We did not expect much more than that but the room that we had payed for was supposed to have a bath and it did not and it was supposed to be a bit larger and this room was definitely not! Not a bad location but I would strongly suggest that you find somewhere else. You will not get any form of help from the owners here.

Poorly maintained, patched unpainted wall and ceiling drywall repairs, cheap floors with dog eared edges, mish mash of furniture, cheap toiletries. Overall overpriced poor value for the condition of the property. Won’t stay here again!!

Check in was smooth with staff at front desk. Staff is friendly. The room was spacious. Two double beds. Travelled with husband and teenage son. The location is perfect for exploring old Quebec. Downside is the beds. They are uncomfortable and sheets don’t fit the beds.

Quando se faz uma reserva num hotel, existe a expectativa de entrar num estabelecimento, ser recebido por alguém na recepção que vai fazer seu check inn, explicar algumass coisas e dar a chave do seu quarto. Portanto, afirmo que de acordo com essa expectativa, não podemos classificar esse estabelecimento como hotel. Chegamos por volta das 10:00h da manhã e não havia ninguém, apenas a porta trancada. Conseguimos entrar porque havia um hóspede saindo. Na suposta recepção havia números de telefone para entrar em contato caso fosse necessário. Liguei e perguntei se poderíamos deixar a mala em algum lugar e a resposta foi para deixar na frente da recepção, sem nenhum tipo de segurança ou supervisão. Como é Canadá, consideramos a chance de sermos furtados pequena e confiamos, mas foi aquela sensação de desconforto. É um prédio velho, na região histórica, muito bem localizado, mas sem elevador e escadas estreitas e péssimas para se levar a bagagem, especialmente para quem fica no 4º andar como a gente ficou. Ficamos duas noites lá e no segundo dia o quarto simplesmente não foi arrumado e as toalhas não foram trocadas. Enfim...

Bad experience

Excellent location, very close to Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. Parking garages nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice room with air conditioning. Nice to have a balcony, but very warm outside so limited how much we used it.

Reception staff was incredibly helpful.

We wanted to do early check in but no one was available in the morning. Room was clean enough but too old. No amenities in bathroom.
