誰のものかわからないゴミがそのまま残っていた

レイトチェックインの対応をしてもらいました。部屋は少し狭いですが、大きくて清潔なベット、枕元にコンセントとUSBの充電口、冷蔵庫が揃っています。シャワールームのドアが完全に閉まらなかったです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、綿棒とバスアメニティも充実していました。歯ブラシはありません。ドライヤーは小さくて風量を心配しましたが、風は弱くても暑いのでしっかり髪の毛を乾かすことができました。

室内照明が少なく（付いていた）照明も暗めで、ガイドブックの文字も読みづらかった。洗面台の水を出すカランの表面のくぼみの部分に、最初から短い毛が沢山うずもれて、固まった様になっていた。 引き出しの収納があったが、中が綺麗ではないので、使う気にならなかった。 ホテルでは朝食を提供はしておらず、（提携している？）紹介された、ホテルに案内を置いているカフェへ行ったが、サービスは良くなかった。 ホテルのフロントは、8時30分から20時迄で、もう少し長い方が良いと思った。 エレベーターが無いので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。 建物が古く、階段は狭く、清潔感は余り感じられなかった。 立地は、観光には便利だと思う。

スタッフの愛想は良いが、他のホテルではすべてチェックインタイムより早くにチェックインさせてもらえたのに、このホテルだけが４時のチェックインであった。また、ミネラルウオーターが買えるはずがきれていて買えなかった。部屋は屋根裏部屋のようなところであった。最大の難点はエレベーターがないこと。これはホテルのせいというより、ホテルドットコムで予約する際にこの情報はほしかった。モンとリオントールとバンクーバーでのホテル予約が非常にスムーズで大満足できるものだっただけに、残念。エレベーターがないとわかっていれば、もう少しお金を払ってでも他のホテルにしていた。ホテルスタッフには不満はない。

There were no staff but despite that they made it very easy to check in and out. The location was perfect. If you plan to visit Quebec City and do a lot of exploring this is the perfect place. The room was exactly what we needed.

Location is amazing. Right behind the Fairmount. In the middle of everything The rooms are a bit DIY , but great place to stay if you don’t need to be fancy

A very unique boutique hotel with a great vibe! Fantastic location in the heart of Old Quebec City and walking distance to everything you go there to experience.

The hotel entrance was completely littered with garbage we had to step over as they were doing a ‘Spring cleaning’. Quite shocking actually. No glasses or cups in room. Borrowed a kettle - covered in dust and had old used tea bags in it. The hot water in shower takes several minutes to start running - no bathroom fan and windows were covered in black mold. The staff did not clean room during the day. Glasses in the room off of the lobby were very dirty. No bottled water on premises.

We were unable to use the shower due to how disgusting it was. The shower head had thick pieces of mold on each hole that the water would be coming out of. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but the price was way too high for the quality.
