誰のものかわからないゴミがそのまま残っていた

レイトチェックインの対応をしてもらいました。部屋は少し狭いですが、大きくて清潔なベット、枕元にコンセントとUSBの充電口、冷蔵庫が揃っています。シャワールームのドアが完全に閉まらなかったです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、綿棒とバスアメニティも充実していました。歯ブラシはありません。ドライヤーは小さくて風量を心配しましたが、風は弱くても暑いのでしっかり髪の毛を乾かすことができました。

室内照明が少なく（付いていた）照明も暗めで、ガイドブックの文字も読みづらかった。洗面台の水を出すカランの表面のくぼみの部分に、最初から短い毛が沢山うずもれて、固まった様になっていた。 引き出しの収納があったが、中が綺麗ではないので、使う気にならなかった。 ホテルでは朝食を提供はしておらず、（提携している？）紹介された、ホテルに案内を置いているカフェへ行ったが、サービスは良くなかった。 ホテルのフロントは、8時30分から20時迄で、もう少し長い方が良いと思った。 エレベーターが無いので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。 建物が古く、階段は狭く、清潔感は余り感じられなかった。 立地は、観光には便利だと思う。

スタッフの愛想は良いが、他のホテルではすべてチェックインタイムより早くにチェックインさせてもらえたのに、このホテルだけが４時のチェックインであった。また、ミネラルウオーターが買えるはずがきれていて買えなかった。部屋は屋根裏部屋のようなところであった。最大の難点はエレベーターがないこと。これはホテルのせいというより、ホテルドットコムで予約する際にこの情報はほしかった。モンとリオントールとバンクーバーでのホテル予約が非常にスムーズで大満足できるものだっただけに、残念。エレベーターがないとわかっていれば、もう少しお金を払ってでも他のホテルにしていた。ホテルスタッフには不満はない。

Ótimo hotel , localização excelente. Limpeza, praticidade. Mas falta uma opção de contato com alguém responsável pelo hotel. Para dúvidas ou observações. Só encontrei com uma pessoa da limpeza...que não falava inglês. Super recomendo para quem quer um hotel assim. Tudo autônomo.

Overall we enjoyed the stay very much, a nice spacious room in good condition, everything we needed at a very central location. Just a couple of small things were a little disturbing - we never met anybody from the reception, the frontdoor was often locked and couldn't be just opened with our key card for the room, but by going through a process with calling through a number pad besides the door, getting to an automatic voice, in combination with holding the card in front of the reader. Then suddenly the door opened. And the Canadian flag of the hotel which was all tangled up in front of our window made pretty loud flapping noises in the wind all the time. Reported that to the staff. Hopefully gets fixed for the next guests.

Location. Location. Location..:Great smaller very reasonably priced non-chain hotel, right behind Chateau Frontenac. Within walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. The Staff, while not present at all times, are very considerate of your needs (I believe they are likely present around check-in times). Older building, with character.

Fantastic stay. Best place for the rate you pay. In the middle of everything.

Room did not look like the room that was in Expedia at all and very small. Sink was clogged up and the washroom door had no lock and didn't close properly.

Property needs a little tlc it had some broken things here and there. If you have any mibility issues please dont stay here. The steps are a lot harder to walk up then normal steps. Staff is super nice but it was confusing since they said only subday after 5pm no one will be here. And every day no one was there after 5pm. But if you are an able body and just need a place to sleep. I would recommend it. Cheap and close to everything! We would walked everywhere and you are right next to the chateau. So you will never be lost.

It's close to old town. But, it's small, dingy and the stairs are so loud. The receptionists are never to be found and when found, they are not helpful. Water doesn't drain. I wouldn't recommend it.
