There is a small Gym inside the hotel. I ran every morning because business trip feeds me a lot always. So I was very happy. Also I found bose bluetooth speaker in my room. I plan my favorite music all day long while I stay in my room. The TV has casting connection that I can connect my iPad to the TV and I enjoyed Netflix.

Booked a triple room with a sofa bed for a friend and I. Messaged the hotel when checking in online before arrival to ask for the sofa to be made up, only to be told they are only for children. Messaged to say that wasn’t made clear when booking…..no further reply!! On arrival at the hotel the staff was not overly helpful initially but then on request did find a twin room easily for us! Problem solved so why that couldn’t have been done when I messaged the hotel I don’t know! Slightly odd feature, especially for a twin room, the wall between the shower and bedroom was a switchable smart glass screen -bit weird! You would even be able to see someone on the loo! We kept it opaque for obvious reasons!! 😬 Better signage from the road would help as not easy to see it on approach. Saying all this….. Hotel itself really good, clean and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable room, pleasant and welcoming reception. Convenient to Kew Gardens. Nice area and very walkable to public transport.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

EV charging was difficult to connect to and involved several trips up and down stairs/lifts to connect. Staff offered no help bar saying 'good luck'.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable night here. Everything was clean and easily accessible to where we needed to go.

The room was lovely. Very clean and the reception was very attentive.

They like to over charge everything I get it’s a hotel but don’t be over charging the bar or if I want someone to bring up a spoon or fort don’t be charging ppl

Clean spacious rooms comfortable beds. Evening meal had good choices. Breakfast was also good with again plentiful choice. Parking was good with good spaces to park in.

Staff were helpful in supplying the missing supplies in our room.

Dreadful stay, staff are useless

I wanted to give this 5 stars because so many of the staff were amazing but a few let the team down. I stood at the bar trying to order a bottle of wine only to be ignored by multiple bar staff. The pool area was nice but the lockers were broken, also it’s a bit difficult to navigate with a dedicated door key for the gym as a mixed sex family. The rooms are almost perfect but lack usb A and C ports other hotels have normalised. Fantastic for couples. Ok for families. Parking is reasonable for London. Breakfast was fantastic for a buffet style offer. So out of 5, rooms 4.5 front of house staff 5, Bar staff 2, pool 4, changing rooms 2. Parking 5. Overall experience 4
