清潔で居心地の良いホテルでした。 また利用したいです。

There is a small Gym inside the hotel. I ran every morning because business trip feeds me a lot always. So I was very happy. Also I found bose bluetooth speaker in my room. I plan my favorite music all day long while I stay in my room. The TV has casting connection that I can connect my iPad to the TV and I enjoyed Netflix.

We stayed for a week, one of the elevators broke on our 2nd day maybe and it was never fixed. The elevators were also extremely small. They also don’t have any wash cloths in this hotel. The rooms get extremely hot at night because they locked the thermostats.

-Transports et proximité du centre : Cet hôtel est super, le seul problème notable c'est qu'il est situé en zone 4 - donc assez loin du centre, ce que je ne savais pas avant de réserver, ce qui rend le coût des transports assez cher sur une longue période. En revanche il est super bien desservi par les transports en commun. - Salle de sport : Si j'ai réservé cet hôtel c'est aussi pour la salle de sport. Puisque qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'infos, je vais vous en donnez. Il y a 3 "machines" qui ont plusieurs rôles (leg extension/curls), machine chest press, et machine pull down. Puis il y a du matériel cardio et des poids libres qui vont de 1kg à 14 kg. - Petit-déjeuner : très fourni et très bon, rien à redire - Propreté : rien à redire non plus - Personnel : très aimable Je vous conseille cet hôtel si la distance avec le centre ne vous dérange pas et que vous souhaitez une salle de sport + petit déjeuner à un prix raisonnable.

Cet hôtel ma demandé une caution de 50 livres, débité par carte bancaire, à ce jour aucun remboursement, j'ai séjourné dans celui-ci du 11 au 13 février. Caution qui n'est mentionné nul part, sauf erreur de ma part.erreerreur de ma part,

Room well appointed and clean, nice touches like canned water in icey cold fridge. Check in staff Amy was very efficient and pleasant. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Food was very good. Good selection of drinks. Shop in lobby also useful. I didn’t use the pool or gym but heard from others it was good.

Dreckiger Teppich, defektes Telefon, defekter Lichtschalter, niedrige Heizungstemperatur von max. 20.5 Grad, beschmutzte Wasserdosen, Komfort stelle ich mir anders vor.

un gran hotel, no es para turistas internacionales por el tema de que esta lejos de todo, pero fue muy bueno!!! y los pub alrededor son hermosisimos!!!!! black dog….. fue una experiencia, nos quedamos ya el ultimo dia para irnosal aeropuerto y valio la pena

We checked in at the Brentford Novotel hotel. I asked the receptionist how can we order room Service and he kept on saying “download the app. Once I downloaded the app there was no information and then we had a knock at 10am in the morning for room service which he didn’t mentioned this. Also they charge £50 when Checking in and still didn’t understand what he meant. There is no clear communication. The beds were comfortable but the bed cover needs addressing. The bathroom didn’t make any sense as there is window where you can see anyone shower not sure what the point of this was there is no privacy in the bathroom! The swimming pool was nice but then a random Swimming pool instructor came in making so much noise that he has a kids swimming lesson at 7pm a bit confusing.

Easy check in and the staff were lovely, can’t complain

Reception is responsive and kind. Rooms are clean and sound proof no noise. Nice pool, sauna and gym. Food was okay and breakfast had hot and continental options. I was only a bit worried that staff seemed a bit overworked and stressed where I witnessed open disagreements among them in the restaurant. But other than that hotel was perfect.

I had a high expectation for this hotel flying from USA. First, we were not told while booking that checking starts at 2PM. We arrived the hotel by 9AM. We were kept outside till around 1PM, after a long flight and being out in cold. Secondly, we spent 6 days in this hotel without the heater being turned on at night and some other times in the day, notwithstanding that it was cold. Thirdly, there was no microwave to heat our food and anytime we asked the facility, they would give us stupid responses like; the person in charge is not around, or we should have asked earlier. Infact we had most of the food we bought spoilt and thrown away because we could not microwave. Next, most of the gym equipments were not functional. Lastly, on the last day, we were told that check out is by 12 noon. At 11:45, my gf went downstairs and could no longer come upstairs because she was told that the key has been disabled. I had to help her bring her luggage and other items downstairs. This was a very horrible experience. The only thing I can say was better is the breakfast. Sincerely, this service does not impress me to come back to this hotel again.

Bij het toekomen was er geen douchegel aanwezig (fles was leeg). Het lavabo was verstopt waardoor water heel moeilijk door ging.
