Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great too.

There is a small Gym inside the hotel. I ran every morning because business trip feeds me a lot always. So I was very happy. Also I found bose bluetooth speaker in my room. I plan my favorite music all day long while I stay in my room. The TV has casting connection that I can connect my iPad to the TV and I enjoyed Netflix.

The initial deposit has not been refunded even after 15 days of checking out I’ve been trying to contact the staff to ask about this and there has been no response

Room was great, very clean and very well stocked. Bed was very comfy

Brentford was great, location a little further than I would have liked but it worked for our stay. Clean, great staff. Drop off was a bit confusing at first but we figured out. Convenient store next door dark at night for women be safe, this is outside of the city.

Dirty bedding - orange stain on night 2. Dirty bedside table - sticky substance on top. Dirty shower head and shower. Air-conditioning didnt go below 21 degrees - staff advised of this and said maintenance would have a look but nothing to suggest they had been in the room. Poor tea and coffee selection - not replenished daily. Snacks in the hotel are extortionate - £5 for a mini can of pringles. Have never stayed in a Novotel before and never will again.

The room was okey, breakfast was not special. I do not recommend it unless it is too cheap. I requested sleepers and they want to charge me 5 pounds. The hotel is not bad but there is lack of quality when it comes to these kind of charges. Overall the place is good for a one night stay.

Hotelli oli Lontoon yleiseen tasoon verrattuna erittäin siisti ja puhdas (ei viitettä luteista tms). Palvelu oli nopeaa ja hyvää. Aamiainen oli hyvä mm croissantit oli tuoreita. Lasta ilahdutti pannukakkukone. Hotelliravintolan päivällinen oli koko perhe huomioiden ihan ok. Kylpylävuoro varattiin erikseen, mutta sen sai haluamalle ajalle. Uima-allas oli noin 12x5m ja noin 120-140cm syvä (ja uimavalvoja oli paikalla!). Uima-allastilaan näkymä lasiseinäisestä saunasta, sauna oli 60C, kiuas piilossa, ei löydyn mahdollisuutta (mutta ihan ok lämmittelyyn). Jotkut yksittäiset esineet (mm osa kylpyläosaston lokeroiden ovista) oli ilmeisesti kovan kulutuksen seurauksena rikki ja yksi WC-pönttö huonohkosti kiinni seinässä. Hotellin vierestä menee bussit South Ealing -asemalle ja viereisen moottoritien varresta Ealing Broadwaylle noin 5-10min välein, mutta kokonaisuudessaan seikkailu keskustaan vie ruuhka-aikana noin 50min. Lentokentälle pääsee hyvin ja hieman nopeammin. Hotelli on moottoritien varressa, jonkin verran kuuluu liikenteen ääniä. Pikkukauppa ja kahvila viereisessä talossa, lähin McDonalds ja muita ravintoloita Brentfordissa noin 1km päässä. Saattaisin mennä uudelleenkin.

Lovely hotel - stayed for one night. Lovely sized room, very clean. Only used the bar, didn’t book breakfast. Staff were lovely and very helpful!

Had a fantastic stay. Special kudos to Mr. Abaas who went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent too - fresh, varied, and a great start to each day. Enjoyed the use of the pool too. Very refreshing after those hot London days. Highly recommend!

Upgraded to Exec room, which was very clean, had a good shower as well as large tv ( with Sky) and a great bed. Location is a bit of a walk to a Tube station, but good if you have transport.

Booked a triple room with a sofa bed for a friend and I. Messaged the hotel when checking in online before arrival to ask for the sofa to be made up, only to be told they are only for children. Messaged to say that wasn’t made clear when booking…..no further reply!! On arrival at the hotel the staff was not overly helpful initially but then on request did find a twin room easily for us! Problem solved so why that couldn’t have been done when I messaged the hotel I don’t know! Slightly odd feature, especially for a twin room, the wall between the shower and bedroom was a switchable smart glass screen -bit weird! You would even be able to see someone on the loo! We kept it opaque for obvious reasons!! 😬 Better signage from the road would help as not easy to see it on approach. Saying all this….. Hotel itself really good, clean and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable room, pleasant and welcoming reception. Convenient to Kew Gardens. Nice area and very walkable to public transport.
