Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay. When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing. The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused. This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through. I would not recommend this place.

Personnel accueillant, chambre propre et calme, lit confortable.

l'agent d'accueil est tres sympathique. chambre correct. malheureusement impossible de régler la température. ik faisait trop chaud dans la chambre ce n'est que mon apparition.

Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de dejeuner car nous devions partir a 3h du matin. Par contre nous aurions bien aimé pouvoir boire un cafe a la machine mais elle ne fonctionnait pas dommage. Pour le reste rien à dire nous etions confortablement installés

Vigile de nuit très sympathique et accueillant ! Accueil au petit dejeuner parfait merci mr Nettoyage salle de bain à revoir (wc) Chauffage non réglable donc nuit avec fenêtre ouverte et là...air aie aie mais vous n y pouvez rien

El personal no era atento no había

Le monsieur de l’accueil était charmant et très arrangeant. L’hôtel est calme en début de semaine Petit bémol dans la chambre les rideaux sont décrochés et pas remis en place

Pas idéal et le service n'était pas top

Le personnel est correct et avenant. Il faudrait ameliorer les petits déjeuners et surtout réapprovisionner meme a 10h. Seuls les premiers arrivés dejeunent correctement.

Internet inopérant au 3ème etage. Petits déjeuners quasi inexistant après 9 am. Hotel bruyant. Je ne le recommanderais à personne. C'est ma 1ere et dernière expérience.
