スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、温かみのある対応をしてくれました。部屋も広く使いやすく、のんびりと時間を過ごせました。お薦めです。

チリの友人からオススメされたホテルだったが、サンティアゴで観光するにはベストの立地。無料の朝食も素晴らしかった。日本人御用達のラーメン店には、徒歩数分でいける。

旧市街観光にベストポジション。スタッフのサービスは完璧です。フレンドリーで 英語が通じます。快適なホテルです。国立美術館と公園の緑が部屋から見えます。エレベーターが 外付けなのが ちょっと怖いですが、不便はありません。チェックインアウト共に スムーズ。絶対にオススメでしょう。

バスタブ付きのスイートに3泊しました。部屋は清潔で綺麗なのですが、エアコンの音が五月蝿くて気になります。 スタッフはフレンドリーですがチェックイン時に何組か重なれば一人で対応しているので時間が掛かります。 不満があるとしたらこの二点だけで、お洒落で朝食付き(ハム3種類・チーズ3種類・トーストパン2種類・フランスパンみたいに自分で切るパン3種類?菓子パン7種類ぐらいありました。後ジュース3種類果物3種類コーヒーはマシンでラテなど4種類作れて紅茶はパック式で6種類ぐらいあったようです。ちなみにコーヒー紅茶はいつ飲んでもセルフで無料で、果物も無料で食べれます。)で金額以上に良いホテルです。アルマス広場に近く地下鉄の駅の100mあるかないかぐらいなので移動しやすかったです。

Ubicación, atención, desayuno y limpieza

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood of Santiago. It is a small boutique-type hotel, so not a lot of amenities like pool, gym, etc., but it's quiet, located directly across the street from the Bellas Artes museum, and walkable to many nice neighborhoods. It felt safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was large, clean and quiet. We had a little difficulty with the safe, but they helped us out quickly (user error). The breakfast was very typical and good for Chile. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santiago!

Good location. Walkable to many good areas. Decent breakfast. Had to ask multiple times for the free bottle of wine. When I finally got it they could not provide a wine opener to open it. Apparently they only have one for the entire hotel to share?Took two days to get it so wasn’t really able to enjoy the wine. . Friendly staff and Ubers easy to catch. Close to subway and historical center.

Quarto e áreas comuns limpas e bem cuidadas. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos . Localização muito boa, proximidade a museus, centro, supermercado e muitos restaurantes. Café da manhã muito bom.

Estupenda ubicación para visitar el centro histórico de Santiago. Perfecto servicio, habitación grande y cómoda. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et en particulier les suites au dernier étage d’où la vue est très belle (musée des beaux arts, la statue de la vierge et les Andes au loin) Quartier parfait pour découvrir la ville à pieds
