スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、温かみのある対応をしてくれました。部屋も広く使いやすく、のんびりと時間を過ごせました。お薦めです。

チリの友人からオススメされたホテルだったが、サンティアゴで観光するにはベストの立地。無料の朝食も素晴らしかった。日本人御用達のラーメン店には、徒歩数分でいける。

旧市街観光にベストポジション。スタッフのサービスは完璧です。フレンドリーで 英語が通じます。快適なホテルです。国立美術館と公園の緑が部屋から見えます。エレベーターが 外付けなのが ちょっと怖いですが、不便はありません。チェックインアウト共に スムーズ。絶対にオススメでしょう。

バスタブ付きのスイートに3泊しました。部屋は清潔で綺麗なのですが、エアコンの音が五月蝿くて気になります。 スタッフはフレンドリーですがチェックイン時に何組か重なれば一人で対応しているので時間が掛かります。 不満があるとしたらこの二点だけで、お洒落で朝食付き(ハム3種類・チーズ3種類・トーストパン2種類・フランスパンみたいに自分で切るパン3種類?菓子パン7種類ぐらいありました。後ジュース3種類果物3種類コーヒーはマシンでラテなど4種類作れて紅茶はパック式で6種類ぐらいあったようです。ちなみにコーヒー紅茶はいつ飲んでもセルフで無料で、果物も無料で食べれます。)で金額以上に良いホテルです。アルマス広場に近く地下鉄の駅の100mあるかないかぐらいなので移動しやすかったです。

We really enjoy the Hotel, Gabriela at the reception was very helpful and nice. At the beginning the area outside the hotel looks sketchy but it was safe we even stay out after dark in the area of the Historic Center. The hotel was nice, prepare us breakfast to go when we took a tour. We recommend this Hotel.

What a lovely hotel! The room had everything we needed, it was quiet and peaceful, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was always enjoyable. It is also very well situated and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to see in Santiago. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is lovely, and I am glad about the upgrade to the new room by surprised. Everything was good!

Area is Centro. And Centro is awful. Just sit inside and don’t go out.

Cómodo, espacioso y bien ubicado. El personal muy amable y colaborador, y aunque el desayuno no es muy variado es suficiente para empezar el día. RECOMENDABLE

Hotel is a bit tired, but generally clean and in a good area.

Big rooms. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very nice location- easy to walk to many places.

A wonderful old-world house with original dark wood (and stairs that creak). Reception has someone 24 hours. The receptionist was very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area Lovely room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. A highlight for me was definitely the air conditioning, which worked very well, providing much-needed relief from the 90+ degree Fahrenheit (over 30°C) heat. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff's friendliness was a delightful bonus. Not necessarily a negative, however, the bathtub in our room was out in the open, though there was a shower included in the bathroom. Highly recommended!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad. Tiene varios restaurantes, café y lugares para brunch muy cerca. El hotel es muy limpio y tiene un ambiente relajado. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen lo básico para una estadía placentera. El desayuno es básico pero muy bueno. El personal que sirve el desayuno es muy amable. Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor fue el servicio, especialmente de Gabriela la recepcionista. Gabriela es atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a colaborar para que tu estadía sea lo mayor placentera posible

This property is really nice and the staff makes you feel comfortable. How ever the area around the hotel is not the best.

Clean, nice, people are friendly. They lock doors at night so you have to knock, but they open immediately. Rooms are great, especially for the price. Free breakfast.
