スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、温かみのある対応をしてくれました。部屋も広く使いやすく、のんびりと時間を過ごせました。お薦めです。

チリの友人からオススメされたホテルだったが、サンティアゴで観光するにはベストの立地。無料の朝食も素晴らしかった。日本人御用達のラーメン店には、徒歩数分でいける。

旧市街観光にベストポジション。スタッフのサービスは完璧です。フレンドリーで 英語が通じます。快適なホテルです。国立美術館と公園の緑が部屋から見えます。エレベーターが 外付けなのが ちょっと怖いですが、不便はありません。チェックインアウト共に スムーズ。絶対にオススメでしょう。

バスタブ付きのスイートに3泊しました。部屋は清潔で綺麗なのですが、エアコンの音が五月蝿くて気になります。 スタッフはフレンドリーですがチェックイン時に何組か重なれば一人で対応しているので時間が掛かります。 不満があるとしたらこの二点だけで、お洒落で朝食付き(ハム3種類・チーズ3種類・トーストパン2種類・フランスパンみたいに自分で切るパン3種類?菓子パン7種類ぐらいありました。後ジュース3種類果物3種類コーヒーはマシンでラテなど4種類作れて紅茶はパック式で6種類ぐらいあったようです。ちなみにコーヒー紅茶はいつ飲んでもセルフで無料で、果物も無料で食べれます。)で金額以上に良いホテルです。アルマス広場に近く地下鉄の駅の100mあるかないかぐらいなので移動しやすかったです。

Excelente ubicación para viaje de negocios. Hubo un daño en la cisterna y fue atendido de inmediato.

the room was clean but the AC was set at 25 degrees and I could not change it. the AC remote control did not work. I had to have breakfast at 7am and they did not have hot milk or eggs, just bread, ham and cheese and sweet options until 8am but they do not say that on the information. room was basic, area at night does not feel safe.

Friendly staff, good amenities, good breakfast and good location.

You could tell the rooms were old. Breakfast was extremely basic- far from amazing as the other reviews indicate. Take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Location looks scary but a fairly good location.

Nice bottle of wine with our stay. Good location for exploring the old city but not that convenient for the new city. Area a little run down but was expected being in the old city.

excelente ubicacion

Perfect location for walking around Santiago. Located in an old building that has been beautifully updated next to a park. The staff are very helpful and the included breakfast has lots of variety.

This is my second time at this hotel, which couldn't be better located -- across from two museums and near the nightlife and restaurants of the Barrio Lastarria. But on a quiet side street. Plus, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is generous and the rooms well designed.

Comfortable room and amenities. Friendly staff and overall a good stay. The area is in the city center, which is not safe to walk around with phone and belongings, but overall close and accessible to places to eat and visit. The water pressure on level 1 was not good - very little water flowing on the shower. Good value for money, with a very good bed to sleep

The rooms were outdated and the bathroom lacked privacy and had a funny smell. The air conditioner was constantly leaking on the floor. We did enjoy the location of the hotel and breakfast was good.

Ubicación, atención, desayuno y limpieza

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood of Santiago. It is a small boutique-type hotel, so not a lot of amenities like pool, gym, etc., but it's quiet, located directly across the street from the Bellas Artes museum, and walkable to many nice neighborhoods. It felt safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was large, clean and quiet. We had a little difficulty with the safe, but they helped us out quickly (user error). The breakfast was very typical and good for Chile. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santiago!
