What a lovely hotel! The room had everything we needed, it was quiet and peaceful, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was always enjoyable. It is also very well situated and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to see in Santiago. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. A highlight for me was definitely the air conditioning, which worked very well, providing much-needed relief from the 90+ degree Fahrenheit (over 30°C) heat. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff's friendliness was a delightful bonus. Not necessarily a negative, however, the bathtub in our room was out in the open, though there was a shower included in the bathroom. Highly recommended!

This is great location walkability to many attractions and safe during the day. Easy access to highways as well and tunnel to the vineyards! Would stay here again. Staff were all very kind and helpful!
