Did not clean room until asked second day dirty chair other chair ripped and worn out asked for receipt said they could not because we booked with Expedia l will not book with them again. The whole stay was terbile. Breakfast was not offered only at extra charge

Property needs to be updated, it appears like they are starting that process. Otherwise good location and walkable.

The reason we had to book with Expedia was because the front desk told us they had no availability to extend our stay which started Jan 22. We were part of a large group there for the weekend. Over 50 people checked out on Sun Jan 25, We were stuck because of flight delays and then the front desk was going to kick us out of the hotel Sunday morning stating no availability of rooms! This did not make sense.

Parking sucks ! There were 20 to 30 kids running and screaming at the top of their lungs in the hallway for hours ! Told the staff about it twice along with other guests and they didnt seem to want to do anything about it . It took us and other guests threatening to call the police to get it to stop ! Horrible horrible experience avoid this hotel if possible !!!! Also homeless people in parking lot begging for money

There was a lot of sports teams there I was looking to rest due to be having the flu, but there was plenty of kids running around the hallways till 1030 at night or later, it wasn’t terrible, but it was just annoyingly loud

Great stay and clean rooms

Outside plug in for your vehicle didn’t work. Homeless people none stop bother you. Will not stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff

Staff was great but parking was not.

There is a train track right beside the property that goes by 4 times through the night and not at all through the day. Each time it goes by it's horns go off. Room was decent clean but the bathroom shower seemed dirty. Floor and shower needs regrouting. So very dirty looking. Hallways were very marked up on walls and carpeting was very stained and dirty.

It was a nice hotel, the kids running in the halls was annoying as they ran into me and spilled my ice all over the hallway. Staff is very friendly. I didnt have breakfast but it smelled good.

The room was okay, could use some upgrades, definitely wear and tear and age. Pillows were terrible. The pool and hot tub were absolutely freezing!!! The hot tub was out of order, I had asked what time they were closed, at that time I think the front desk should have notified us of the condition, was not very happy about that. Hallways needed vacuuming. Staff was friendly.

Near train tracks and noisy. Could hear people in hallway easily. Not a place for restful sleep. Breakfast excellent
