very noisy people till midnight, could not sleep

Clean, friendly and attentive staff Restaurant on site was convenient

Well...it was noisy. Trains, ambulances, running in the hall, fighting. New carpets. Great showers.

I traveled from banff and they wouldnt even let me extend my stay. I was so tired and had to drive all the way back.

The hallways were dirty the rooms were decently clean. There was big stains outside the elevator on floor 3 and down the hallways.

Property was a disaster with lots of unsafe street people loitering around. Vehicle access was awful.

Clean and serviceable. Good location except for the construction. I would stay again.

The hotel called me and forced me from the room (king bed) I had already pre paid for due to the rooms that were advertised as available ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION! The hallway on the mainfloor was full of costruction material. When I arrived in my room I got to listen to construction on the floor above me. The floors in the room creak like an old house with squeaky floor boards. You can hear people in the adjacent next rooms watch tv or talking. The ac unit in the room has an error code and was clearly running for days on the coldest settingI had to unplug the unit completly, the beds and floor are so cold I had to leave the hotel for about five hours before the room temp had risen to above 10C and I could sleep. One of the lamps didn't work No conditioner in the dispenser No blankets on the bed just thick sheets. Ihad to take the bedding from both bed to be warm and I don't usually sleep with a blanket but, due to the room being refridgerated I had no choice.

The hotel is in the middle of renovation,the floors and bath tub were squeaking,when I booked through hotels.com,it said pets are not allowed but when I went there they were allowing pets.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years, and, I travel regularly. The good. The staff was friendly. The bad. I feel I paid a premium price for a hotel that’s in the hood. Very poor construction, paper thin walls and very loud. Could hear people walking up and down the hallway until the wee hours of the morning and could hear their conversations. Could hear their footsteps and could hear the bell dinging on the elevator, and we are halfway down the hallway. The tap in the shower was very finicky. Would either be very hot or very cold. Took playing with it for five minutes to get it set right. One of the lamps beside the bed didn’t work. Home now. Looking forward to getting a good night sleep.

The hotel was close to the Brandt Centre where we were planning to walk to a concert. The supper and breakfast at the restaurant was good with reasonable prices. The only issue we has was a flickering light in the shower.

The area around the front of the hotel needs to be cleaned up of cigarette butts or somewhere for people to put there cigarette butts and the garbage can cleaned more often as people are going thru the garbage and making a mess.

Very friendly staff; clean room; restaurant.

I will choose to stay here again. Definitely.

This property was in very rough shape. The pool area was disgusting and the water was absolutely filthy. Also a burnt plastic smell that did not go away coming from our heater. Would not stay here again.

I goind yhe train traffic very loud along with other guests walking along the hallway. The floor in the hallway was extremely loud. Some of the power outlets were not working.
