Your facility faces the train track . You can do nothing about the trains yard and frequent trains. ! Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and had been recently updated. Pillows are getting old . They should upgrade the pillows to a firmer version in one pillow at least

Hallways very dirty, not vacuumed. Internet was slow and spotty...my phone also got really warm/hot. As well they expected a $300 deposit for incidentals. Hot tub and pool not open until 9:00 a.m., every other hotel I've ever stayed at was 6:00 a.m.
I WILL NEVER STAY AT A FOUR POINTS SHERATON AGAIN!

They are clearly trying to fix up and our room appeared to have been updated but the bathroom vanity lighting did not work, bathroom toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was no where to set luggage no rack or spot to put it other than the floor. No mirror other than the bathroom that the lights weren’t working made it difficult to get ready.
