服务好！我们比规定的时间早到了，酒店还是很友好的给我们办了入住，并且耐心详细地介绍了入住的须知，酒店环境也不错！

The outdoor parking area felt safe. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Keg next door was wonderful. Would stay again.

there were homeless people sleeping between the entrance doors upon arrival. a couple people wondering around the parking lot peering in vehicle windows. after the second day however, a security company was making its rounds in the parking lot.

I booked this room just after midnight because my daughter was sick and there was too much noise at my friend's where we were staying. I did not realize because it was after midnight that it would put check-in as 4 pm. I contacted both Expedia and went to the hotel. Neither Expedia or the hotel were able to switch the night. The hotel was mostly vacant and it should not have been an issue. It was a waste of money and time dragging my sick daughter there. Terrible customer service. The front desk told me he had to clear it with a manager but that would not be until 9am. Then, the manager would not refund the following day when Expedia tried to ask them for flexibility. The app is not set up for a situation like this and the hotel was completely inflexible, even though they were close to empty

Convenient location, when the road is finally finished…room is clean & tidy, but public areas are a little dingy, ie elevator area…didn’t hinder my stay tho

For a Four Points by Sheraton it misses the mark of other locations. Dirty threshold between the bedroom and the bathroom/ I expected a better hotel fit and finish is in need of improvement- Poor quality shower head -
