The extremely huge hole in the entrance of the parking lot was an awful way to start the stay. Not only was the hole huge but there was no sort of warning or signage. The morning we were to check out maintenance came into our room at 7:50am. If there was a knock it wasn’t very loud or did they wait for us to open to the door. Came into the room

Tub drain was heavily plugged, staff was nice

Rooms were clean and big

towels were not clean, located by the train yard

Was a great stay, hotel staff were great and very helpful ,restaurant was a little overpriced but was good food

Parking lot was a disaster big potholes… just looks run down. Hot tub was yellow… no bedding on sofa bed, no extra pillows/blankets

Service was fine. The biggest problem is the hotel is like 20meters away from the railway, I stayed there for four nights, every midnight from 00:30 to 1:00am, there are trains passing by with very loud whistles. Can’t sleep at all

The hotel is clean and has a great location. Close to downtown, restaurants and bars. The only issue is the trains. Starting about 4:00 a.m. there are non-stop train horns that sound like they're going to come right through your hotel room. The first one reminded us of My Coisin Vinnie and made us laugh. Not so funny for the next 10 times...

The hallways were disgusting. The floors were disgusting. There were ants all over the pool area. Our tub didn’t work properly. The blinds were broken and looked like they’ve never been washed. The room at surface was clean, but when you actually looked at it, it was not cleaned nicely. The elevator was extremely slow. It was pretty gross all around probably the worst $200 stay I’ve ever spent. I’m not a picky person. This was just really pathetic.

The parking is good the area is closer to the downtown. Staff is very friendly the only problem my kids dont like the pool because is so dirty it. The restaurant and bar have an amazing staff.

Location wise, there are train tracks so a train will pass through but that rarely happens. Other than that, great place to stay

Checked in and our room was not clean there was food left in mini fridge and room clearly not vacuumed staf changed us rooms but will not stay again

Breakfast fast and great

The public spaces look brand new and the staff is incredibly kind. They answered all my questions and were super friendly to someone passing through the area. The rooms were nice, and clean but there were some pretty obvious maintenance short comings. A broken tile in the bathroom had been fixed in a really sloppy way and was not fun to walk on. And the drop down curtain had holes in it. Even with those issues, the room was clean. I had a very comfortable stay, and would return just because of how friendly and welcoming the staff was.

Great pleasant staff. Nice spacious rooms & clean. The restaurant is contracted out, so it’s not always open & prices are a little high. Parking lot needs work, especially the entrance where vehicles bottom out from the horrible pot holes. You are by a train yard, so expect Trains horns either really late at night or early morning. Other than that, it was a good place to stay. We will be booking there again in the future, hopefully pot holes are filled next time ;)

Breakfast: I wasn’t give a breakfast voucher upon my arrival and when I went to the restaurant I asked how the breakfast works and was stated I just order off the menu, I thought it was different as most hotels have the buffet style. Then I was given my bill and then was told I was supposed to get a voucher on my check in…then I was told I ordered something that the voucher wasn’t for and was only compensated a portion…very poor communication in my opinion Hotel conditions: Blinds were messed up and had troubles closing Tile was DIY silicone fixed when cracked Walls marked up and drywall cracks Next to a train yard to it was loud and disruptive at time AC would make something rattle in the room all night when on Loud guests in the hallways at midnight, not very sound proof Doors slammed hard GYM This was okay, nice amount of weights & equipment, not cleaned over night as there were still empty cups and towels that were in there the night before. Staff was friendly Lots of transient people in the neighbourhood, not an Ideal part of town I’d choose elsewhere my time time in town
