シャワーのお湯が出ないのと、バブルバスのバブルが出ないという2つの件で、フロントにお願いしたところ、すぐにスタッフの方が来てくれて、出るようにしてくださいました。感謝！ シャワーは私どもの手違いで出なかっただけでしたが、バブルは別部屋にある大元のスイッチが入っていなかった為でした。

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was perfect, and the location can’t be beat. Enjoyed walking around downtown Kelowna and also enjoyed evenings on our balcony.

Misleading photos. Staff sit at the ground floor level and buzz anyone in. Random people roam the halls. The bed and pillows were the cheapest, most uncomfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel. The pool was fine but the whole thing just had a really depressed, depreciated, unsafe feel. The AC was controlled centrally and the temperature sensor didn't work. Weirder still they kept pumping in hot air even though it was actually fairly cool outside, so we were trying to use the AC to offset the unnecessarily high heating. The whole thing was grim and depressing. We left early.

The hot tubs were down for our stay. It was really cold out so I was hoping to warm up in the tubs

Not bad. Not great. Not really a full service hotel. Rooms need some work booked a suite and the bed felt super dated. The guy swiped my card and then held it until I got my id out like it wasn’t my card I didn’t appreciate that.
