Buffet breakfast was great. Took us a long time before we were able to check in. The beach front is closed because of the damages caused by the previous typhoon. The pool is shallow.

1st the bed sheets and linens are not changed and very very dirty. 2nd, too noisy you cant even sleep even if you’re so tired (staffs keeps on banging doors and move tables/chairs in other unit). Called to reception to request for new linens and report the noise thrice, nothings happened. Terrible hotel, don't go here if you are not prepared for a disaster. All negative review are 101% accurate. You’ll not get what you paid for.

I took my mom and my son there to celebrate Mother's day, the place looks amazing! Had a hard time checking in and out tho because they only had 2 staffs to accommodate all the guests. The whole experience is 4/5. Pool water needs to be cleaned, food is good but not great, rooms are huge and comfy and wifi everywhere! It's a good place to relax with the whole family =)

First impression it seems it was great upon arrival into our 2 bedroom villa, very spacious the room are big and even the bathrooms and lounge we are so please as we wanted a peaceful and relaxing, comfortable 2 nights stay. Sadly the villa are very dirty the floors is very dusty my 3 year old daughter feet is gone black as walking in bare feet. What makes me feel more angry, the bed sheets was not change after probably their last guest used with stained and doesn't smell fresh. We had it cleaned and changed the next day. Staff are not very friendly, when I use the phone for guests service it takes rather so long for them to answer the phone and sometimes I had to leave it for a bit and deal again. Swimming near the sea are very good it feels clean but the pool near the reception is dirty. Toilet outside are great with air condition, food at restaurant is ok nothing is special.

A great place! my family and I enjoyed our stay

Nice view of the sea. Wasn't able to enjoy the infinity pool since it's 5ft and the other pool which is only for kids. Hope to find a pool suited for average height person like me! Few options for food. Nonetheless, the room is huge and clean.

Great location, service not topnotch, food average

Generally clean but fair service; seems to have a lot of OJT students; asked for tea and waiter never came back. Late check in at 2:40 even if we are there already at 1:30. Pool is nice; one is under renovation.

We will go back to TB every summer. It's definitely one of the top resorts in the north.

Simply the best for relaxation

Clean facility. Houses is great. Staff service is good. Need improvement for the food.
