フロント、ロビーはとても綺麗でスタッフも親切です。 しかし部屋の清掃が適当で綺麗ではありません。シーツも同じシーツを変えずに整えただけ。信じられません。プールも汚く汚れています。朝10時にプールに多くの虫が浮いていました。あと2日目、レストランで食事をしましたが、私ともう１人が食あたりになりました。ホテルでなるなんて信じられませんでしたが本当です。せっかく景色の良いホテルなのに本当に残念です。再度スタッフの教育、研修した方が良いのでは？私はもう二度と行くことは無いです。

Poor condition of facility and terrible customer service

This property is very pricey, yet it lacks maintenance and amenities. The villa has 2 bathrooms and another toilet, but they left only half used toilet papers and no more extras left for use. And we stayed 2 nights for 6 people. For paying that high price of the villa, I don’t think it is worth it to stay there. Plus more added deposits and resort fees. There was only 1 or 2 groups I’ve seen during my 2 nights stay, probably because no one will repeat business with them because of it’s being vey pricey when it doesn’t even have amenities. The pool is very far, the ocean side is also far from the villa. You would have to call for the free shuttle every time you have to come out and enjoy the pool and ocean view, if you do not have your own car. It is very poorly maintained. There were buildings or rooms and debris from buildings that were eye sore and were just let go of some of the villas or rooms. It was unkept. I noticed on my 2nd morning that since we were staying in that particular villa, so it was mowed that day too. I noticed after I came back from breakfast.

This property was on the luxury category on the website, but there's a lot that doesn't consider at luxury to my own opinion I've traveled all the world ,but its near to a 5 star. We stayed on a 2 bedroom villa, the bathroom is terrible, the water coming out on faucet is spraying, literally spraying on me wbile using it. It also leaked the water just goes down under the sink ,water all over the floor , the towels are dark white ready eeww! Get this one ,..there is deep soaker tub but no water coming out ,it judt trickles how can you fill the bath tub , no not water either .The bedrooms are big , but there's something missing ,it's only a bed ,, there's no chair to sit in the bedroom its just blank .The curtains wete already old with water stains, its kind of gross..The food selection on the buffet is very average. The grill & barbecue restaurant, we had dinner oh boy the seafood is so gross. The taste ,,the quality of the food is terrible, .I can't believed their serving this food to guests, We didn't eat the food & I brought this attention to the server.,,as a foreigner this is not acceptable, they charge the price for a 5 star luxury resort but the quality of food I can't eat this kind. I can prepare tbis food way better .The toilet by the buffet area was plugged,,its gross its near the restaurant.

Roaches in the bathroom shower. Rusty shower heads. Overpriced and overrated.

The villa is very spacious big rooms and clean but far from the main bldg and restaurants

The front desk staff were not helpful and somewhat rude.

We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Feels like a 4 star. So many issues with small details and desperately needs a major renovation

Just right and Good

They should inform their costumers that you will be charged for missing room keys. 300 pesos per card key. Not enough dining options, no convenience store to buy stuff.

An excellent hotel and location is like no other, breathtaking ocean view. The room we were in is very clean, spacious and amenities complete. Also, the staff are very courteous and helpful. I will be here again within the next 30 days.

Great place unwind..

Very nice place where you can relax and enjoy the view of sunset!

It was less exciting than the first time we were ththerere in 2020. I booked a massage therapy and got confirmed but then when I showed up for the appointment, nobody was there.

Hardly a 5 * hotel It may of been once upon a time but now more like 3/4 * The property is in urgent need of a renovation Pools had tiles broken and missing The beach was not maintained to any extent Overall the property is not inviting Almost all paintwork is rusting or very faded The casino isn’t on site it’s a transfer bus ride away Must say the restaurants were nice. Great food and great staff
