ホテルの立地は最高でした。空調の調整が難しかったこととキッチンの匂いが気になりました

ダウンタウンにアクセス良く、コンベンションにも近い

久しぶりの海外滞在でとても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

キッチンが付きでとでも便利でした。立地もよく色々な所に行くことが出来ました。

チェックイン時の鍵の受取りは、当初送られてきた内容と異なり手こずりました。立地と部屋は最高に良いと思いますが、部屋に入れないと意味がありません。結局、アパートメントのフロント警備員に対応してもらいました。

They send the customers the instraction how we should use the room but they don't care what they are offering at the first place. If we complain about the room or facilities, they just ignore and threaten the customers. I storongly suggest nobody will use this place to stay to have a nice trip!

Great experience staying in this place. The view from the room was nice, and the room was cozy. It was nice to have a washing machine in the room and also kitchen items ready to be used.

The location was excellent. We went to 2 Jays games and was 3 minute walk. Only bad thing was the elevator had massive lines every time so that wasn’t great.

The location was great, and the unit was clean. The furniture was very uncomfortable in the unit. The elevators also were very slow due to the sheer amount of people using them, especially at check in and check out. The pool was also being refurbished and was closed, though we were told it would be open. All of this forced us out into Toronto, which was great. The view from the balcony was nice, and the proximity to attractions was wonderful. Overall, the unit we got needed all new furniture to sit and sleep on.

Perfect location if you are going to see the Blue Jays and located close to many excellent restaurants. Will stay there again

Location is good if you want to be downtown near the ball park or convention centre. Check-in is a pain because this is not a hotel. There is no front desk staff or concierge if you need help with something. Only security staff that can only hand you a key to your apartment after you have called the host to see if the apartment is ready. There is nowhere to check your bags if you arrive early. You also have to call the host again to tell them you are checking out. The one positive thing is that there is a kitchen if you need it with a fridge, freezer, plates and silverware. It is just not worth going back knowing that you most likely can't check in before 4 o'clock.

Excellent location for what we were there for (easy access by train from airport, walkable to Rogers Centre, Ripley's, museum etc)

Excellent location with so many amenities nearby.

Excellent location. Great view. They sent an email saying we would not have power from 11 pm to 11 am the next day. So it was a very anxious time, but they neglected to say they had a back up generator and we were fine. But such a big worry. They needed to handle the situation better. Would rent again if visiting Toronto.

Nice and close to the ball park

The only issue we had with this property is the elevators. We waited over 30min until we decided to use the stairs to get to the ground floor to check out. When we got to the ground floor which took a while from the 42nd floor, the other guests that was waiting on the same floor, still hadn’t gotten onto the elevator and they were already waiting 20min from when we met them by the elevator. All our legs are quite sore, even today.
