チェックイン時の鍵の受取りは、当初送られてきた内容と異なり手こずりました。立地と部屋は最高に良いと思いますが、部屋に入れないと意味がありません。結局、アパートメントのフロント警備員に対応してもらいました。

They send the customers the instraction how we should use the room but they don't care what they are offering at the first place. If we complain about the room or facilities, they just ignore and threaten the customers. I storongly suggest nobody will use this place to stay to have a nice trip!

Me sentí sorprendida ya que en la información de origen no mencionan nada de dejar un depósito y no me informaron que me iban a retener un depósito por el monto de una noche, mismo que aún no me devuelven desde el pasado 22 de diciembre. Mi estancia fue solo una noche. Tampoco me gustó que el check in fuera hasta las 4pm siendo que mi vuelo llegó en la mañana y me ofrecieron pagar una noche adicional para acceder a un check in temprano cuando en hoteles en Toronto del nivel del Sheraton Centre me permitieron hacer el check in a las 10am sin costo en días posteriores que regresé de Quebec. Las cadenas hoteleras permiten hacer el check in temprano sin costo adicional o bien te cuidan tu equipaje, cosas que no sucede en este tipo de inmuebles.

There was a bit of a bait and switch for our stay. It was advertised as three bedrooms but one “room” was a bed behind a curtain. Not a great start. The place was relatively clean but the bed sheets had stains on them. Location is unbelievable. I wouldn’t bring your wife or your family, but for a guys’ weekend it would be great.

The condo was very well laid out, and staff were very courteous and helpful. However, the elevators in the Tower building must be fixed. Considering the constant traffic, they need to be replaced with faster elevators, I can imagine that residents do not enjoy having their facilities jammed. One minor issue was that the sink seems to smell off when the tap runs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal for us.

The condo was very well laid out, and staff were very courteous and helpful. However, the elevators in the Tower building must be fixed. Considering the constant traffic, they need to be replaced with faster elevators, I can imagine that residents do not enjoy having their facilities jammed.
