the heating system was set at 30 and i could not getbit from full heat or get the temp to lower .the down button did not lower the setting . the aircoditioner was turned off . everything else very good

We were so happy with our stay here. Clean and spacious & the communication with staff was phenomenal, they answered any questions we had within minutes of texting them. We plan to book here again in the new year when we return for a hockey game!!

1. The heat is set by the buiding so we were unable to adjust it and found it too warm. When we asked it was suggested that we open the window (which would result in the heater working harder). 2. The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient for applying make-up and there was no other mirror. 3. The decor was basic and minimal. 4. The couch was damaged and covered with a pet cover. 5. There was no chain or secondary lock on the door to prevent it from being opened from outside. 6. When we arrived the room was unlocked. 7. The curtains were not black-out. 8. The door was not properly framed so there was light and noise coming in around it after dark.

Clean room and good amenities, specially gym. We would benefit from more information for checking in. I was at 20John st but didn’t know lobby was 300 Front st. Everything else was great!

The room was in good condition, but touches like nicer towels and toiletries, nice coffee maker like what you would get in a hotel etc would have been appreciated for the cost. It felt like an OK air b n b and did not really meet my expectations given the reviews and cost.

We stayed with our family of 5. We were all comfortable with the sleeping arrangements, even the fold out couch was declared comfortable! It was a great location to walk or catch transit to any destination near or far. Check in and check out was a breeze. The customer portal supplied answered all questions we had. Basics like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee supplies were in the suite and were much appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The building seemed secure. It was quiet. The only thing I would mention as room for improvement is that the pillows were very thin and with 5 of us all wanting to double up pillows, there weren't enough to go around. Other than that, everything was amazing. We would stay here again!

It was advertised as a hotel, after I paid for the room, we found out it was Not, it's just a building that rents out units as a hotel. And they did not offer refunds at all. The room was very neglected and in poor condition, no room service present, everything seemed constructed very poorly, cheap made and dirty with many broken fixtures, will not recommend or stay there ever again, the only plus was the close approximate location to most attractions in Toronto.
