It was a short stay, but everything we needed was there.

The location is perfect. The problems with the property are - uncomfortable beds - elevators are extremely slow and inconvenient. - the temperature inside the apartment gets very hot despite the AC being on.

The room itself was perfectly adequate. However, only one elevator in the lower tower was working for the trip, which meant we often had to wait 15 minutes to go up or down. With a room on the 22nd floor, we didn’t really have the option to walk

The place was a great location. It was clean for most part. Loved the kitchenette area. The heat in the place was unbearable. We barely slept. We turned the thermostat off and it was still 29 degrees in there. We were told to just open the patio door. We did that for day and it still was 27 degrees. We would book again but cant due to heat issue. It was awful.

the elevator took forever, it seemed as if only the workers working on the upper floors had access to it during the day!

Good price, cleanliness and everything you need is there. Location is great. Would recommend and would likely comeback. Customer service as well is superb.

Clean room, well-appointed, amazing downtown location. The staff was very responsive by text. It's a bit small but certainly bigger than a typical hotel room.

First of all, they did attempt to offer assistance, but due to timing and the nature of their operation we were unable to connect on property to rectify my main issue. Positives Good communication from operators, clean unit, location was ideal for my business needs, kitchen availability, wifi. Value! Main issue- the bed (mattress) was extremely uncomfortable, hard, lumpy, with springs felt through the top. Highly suggest replacing said mattress. Other more minor issues: curtains that did not provide adequate coverage for light blocking, small shower with missing shelf had to keep cleansing items on shower floor, lack of flexible HVAC due to building and time of year forced to have sliding door open, which of course made it extremely loud especially with the sporting events taking place in the area. I would stay here again of the bed issue was addressed.

Suite location and layout was good. Check in and out was easy. Bed was too hard. Winter time heating for the suite (and building apparently) was 27 degrees C and not changeable via unit temperature control. Lowering the temperature (as per unit instructions) could only be done by leaving the balcony door wide open to let cold air and street noise in. It was like sleeping inside a dehydrator.

Awesome location to the Rogers Centre!

The unit was well appointed and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Some rough edges such as vertical blinds that should be replaced or repaired. As well, only one of three elevators servicing the ninth floor was working. Some very long waits for the elevator was frustrating. Otherwise a fine unit and good value.

Fantastic location, 3 minutes walk from the CN Tower. Accommodation good, well equipped kitchen. Slightly annoying that you could not turn the fans off on the bathrooms, particularly the en-suite. The massive downside is the lifts. I knew from reading the reviews that this was an issue, but what I wasn’t expecting was 2 out of the 3 low rise lifts not working and no sign of them being repaired in the 6 days we were there. Took 40 minutes to leave on our last day

The location was great for downtown activities and dining options. Check in was easy and the place was spotless.

The suite was clean and quite nice but the bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep at all.
