Great location for the station, CN tower and convention center. The accommodation was good, but would have been better if the kitchen was better equipped.

It was really perfect. Great location, quiet, lots of space.

The property was great. Location great and very clean. My only complaint is that the bed is not comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful view, nice rooms, but wait time for elevators to high floors was horrible (at least 15 mins and even more during rush hour)

Room was clean, patio door didnt work but it was winter so wasnt too worried about that at all. All in all, great stay!

There was a bit of a bait and switch for our stay. It was advertised as three bedrooms but one “room” was a bed behind a curtain. Not a great start. The place was relatively clean but the bed sheets had stains on them. Location is unbelievable. I wouldn’t bring your wife or your family, but for a guys’ weekend it would be great.

The escalator wasn’t working, we can’t take the stairs too. 1h to only do 4 stages.

The condo was very well laid out, and staff were very courteous and helpful. However, the elevators in the Tower building must be fixed. Considering the constant traffic, they need to be replaced with faster elevators, I can imagine that residents do not enjoy having their facilities jammed. One minor issue was that the sink seems to smell off when the tap runs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal for us.

The man at the front desk who gave me the key was very nice. Room was clean. The owner I'm guessing was very nice, he responded in a timely fashion and made sure our needs was met. We enjoyed our stay here.

Clean apartment. Great kitchen supplies. Comfy bed.

Check in was quick and easy room was nice worked for 2 adults and 4 kids

the heating system was set at 30 and i could not getbit from full heat or get the temp to lower .the down button did not lower the setting . the aircoditioner was turned off . everything else very good

We were so happy with our stay here. Clean and spacious & the communication with staff was phenomenal, they answered any questions we had within minutes of texting them. We plan to book here again in the new year when we return for a hockey game!!
