『リンリスゴー駅からF45 かF49バスで行くのでホテル最寄りのバス停を教えてね』とメールしたが、「乗務員にゆうたら近くで下ろしてくれます」との逃げ口上。再度『バス停名を教えてね』との丁寧督促も無視！どうもバスで来る客など眼中にない様子なのでタクシー利用をお奨めします。なおバス乗務員に尋ねても不明でしたのでボーネスのバスステーションで下車して歩こうとしたがかなりの坂道でシタクシーにてやっと到着。さて部屋へは階段を登り下り必要。なお寝具とタオルは清潔で暖房とシャワーの湯量には満足。

Fine for a one night stay and a short drive to Edinburgh airport. But the room was very much needing updated, especially the bathroom. Booked this hotel because the bistro restaurant looked good but it was shut when we stayed.

La propiedad está ubicado en un suburbio bastante agradable y silencioso, a 5 minutos de la parada de autobus urbano que conecta con Edimburgo, las instalaciones están en condiciones óptimas así como la limpieza, el staff siempre fue muy amable y brincando información útil, cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito y un pub que no pudimos visitar debido a nuestras actividades. Excelente lugar para descansar y con precio muy accesible si no pretendes quedarte en el centro de Edimburgo

Room was clean and a good size. Unfortunately noise was loud from guests walking about on top floor The restaurant bar The Copperkiln was excellent. Staff were very attentive & friendly. Food was excellent

Dejligt ophold og flot sted. Meget larm i deres pub, men mit værelse lå ret langt væk. Dejligt område.

First the pluses for the price point it’s a good value near the airport, parking readily available very convenient to a gas station and not too far away from Dave’s kitchen where you can get amazing bites to eat on the go. And one of the most important things, the sheets are clean, unstained and blanket nice and cozy. Now the bathroom needs refurbishment. The carpet are stained. Everything else is a little bit worn for where I’ve seen better years.

We stayed here three nights at the end of our vacation and wished we had found this cozy place sooner. We were able to take the bus from Edinburgh bus station and we were dropped off at the bus stop which was about a 3 minute downhill walk to the hotel. The staff really made us feel at home, the restaurant was nice, the food was great our room was fantastic. The Sweet historic Village of Bo'ness, with its charming shops, is down the hill, below the hotel and the walk along the river was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Be prepared for the trek back up the hill though! If you're there on the weekend you can go to the railroad museum and even pay for a short ride on an antique train. It's a wonderful place to go relax and I felt like I was leaving home when I left there. Many thanks to Susan and the rest of the staff for treating us like family.

Tres bien, mais tout de même quelques petites choses à revoir

The room and bathroom were relatively clean. There was plenty of available, easy to use parking. I did however request the 2 rooms I had booked be next to each other. Even after receiving confirmation that they were, when I arrived, I found out they were not and the hotel said they could do nothing to help me.

Nunca limpiaron la habitación en una estancia de 6 dias, no cambiaron las toallas, tenia que ir a pedir toallas limpias, el café y amenities tampoco cambiaron, no funcionaba la cerradura de la puerta, el agua caliente es difícil de nivelar, no hay aire acondicionado, la ventana no abre por completo

Restaurant was great! View and location were top notch!

Excellent hotel for those like myself who are disabled. Comfy rooms, great pub adjacent, designed for assessibility in mind. Pleasant safe neighborhood.
