スパの設備がいいように見えるが清潔度がよくなくて、ごみが残っていた。暖房設備などは整っているが、エアコンの使い方がよくわからなかった。

部屋に付属のスパは、ごみが出てきて利用できなかった。部屋自体は広い。また、レストランの食事の質はかなりいい。

As a first time guest, I was very pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service from the moment I made the booking. As I was travelling and would be a late arrival to the premises, I was kept up-to-date on how to gain access. The location is superb with great restaurants just 5 minutes away. Would HIGHLY recommend the local Japanese Restaurant. The hotel rooms was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all amenities. The room was even preheated so came home to a cosy stay. Highly recommended as a place to chill. Will definitely return visit

Accomodation was lovely! Very nice views, large windows and quiet from the freeway. Easy check in, keys just left in lock box. However it was so cold in the room, the main heater was broken and a portable heater replaced it. Had to shut the blinds early instead of enjoying the views to try and warm up the room. ❄️🥶

I must say we were underwhelmed by our experience staying here. They show photos of the restaurant and day spa. Both were closed all weekend. No one at reception to ask for dinner recommendations when we arrived at 3pm as they had closed the office at 1pm but we had been sent a message via the Hotels.com app that we needed to unlock a key box which was pretty simple to do. Our room felt very run down, broken tiles around the base of the spa, the shower leaks. The location and views are nice but don’t look too closely at the garden directly outside our window as it’s full of weeds and very unkept. The gas fire was on when we got there and the room was nice and warm which was a nice touch.

The views are amazing.

No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. The room itself was nice and big and set out well but definitely needed some maintenance, particularly to the front door and toilet flushing button.

Easy check in, room ambiance very welcoming warm gas fire on and music in our room, highly recommend staying looking forward to returning.

The heating was very effective. The National Park was very easy to reach.

Great place to stay overnight. Room was clean bright, nice view from the window. Big Bath with bubbles for two. It was amazing night for tired mum who escaped from the Home and city to spend some quiet me time Fire 🔥 place based on gas was additional bonus. So even during the cold night the room was warm enough. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will be back one day.

The show head was terrible and the shower leaked. There was a tiny little heater to try and keep the room warm. The amenities felt pretty dated.
