スパの設備がいいように見えるが清潔度がよくなくて、ごみが残っていた。暖房設備などは整っているが、エアコンの使い方がよくわからなかった。

部屋に付属のスパは、ごみが出てきて利用できなかった。部屋自体は広い。また、レストランの食事の質はかなりいい。

Huoneet oli tilavia ja siistejä, siivous järjestyi pyytäessä myös kesken vierailun, muuten siivoavat kolmen päivän välein. Day spa oli remontissa vierailumme aikana joten en voi kertoa siitä mitään mutta paikka oli muuten oikein toimiva tarkoitukseen. Sijainnin puolesta auto on lähes välttämätön lähimpien palveluiden sijaitessa joko 3km päässä macedonissa tai 6km päässä Woodendissä

Great room and views

We could not fault anything ,It was all perfect and we will be back for another stay soon thank you for makeing it extra special for us both 🙏❤️

Firstly, the two ladies in reception were lovely. That's the only good part. We paid $860 for two nights accommodation. There was no food included in this price, not even a continental breakfast. The venue is over 20 years old and it shows. It is run down. The pool and hot tub were putrid and stained. We went on a hot weekend and couldn't use these facilities. The day spa was closed for renovations and operated out of one of the rooms. The restaurant is closed. There are signs saying the plumbing is getting fixed and there is no heating (luckily we did not need it, a small portable heater was put in the room.). There is no internet or wifi connections. Remembering we paid over $400 a night for this. We were so appalled we cancelled our second night which resulted in ruining our long weekend. An email to management thanked us for our feedback and stated they would let the owners know. Extremely disappointing.

This hotel has the potential to be brought back to life . Pleasant clean room with a lovely large spa bath in the room looking out to the trees and mountain . Downsides . Not a huge deal but need to be mentioned . No restaurant or spa facilities ( despite this still being on signage) . No wifi or smart tv ( we managed but could be a deal breaker for some ) . Dishes have to be washed in the bathroom basin ( dish liq and cloth provided but no tea towell 🤔) bed quite hard , Freeway noise always in background as not far away .

View from room is great, large room size. Walls paper thin - could hear neighbours snoring & child crying at night.

Great to be in the newly renovated room. Spacious and great view from the spa!

Stayed in a Deluxe Room. Room was nice, clean and had enough space. Staff are very friendly as well. Only two downsides, one being that there's no Wi-Fi. In saying that, we were barely in the room. Secondly, you can hear the spa jets in adjacent rooms if they're on. In the hotels defence however, they do ask that you don't turn it on after 10pm. Not their fault some people can be inconsiderate.

The bed was very comfortable and the spa was nice and relaxing. But no room service which is unfortunate but can order pizza from Woodend

Beautiful location and room. Would be great if there was food service available.

The stay was good, and the reception desk was very friendly. Check-in is easy, and lots of parking. The room was big enough, although I would have liked extra towels in the room. It was great to have a microwave, toaster, and kettle in the room, but I didn't feel comfortable washing my dishes in the bathroom sink. Keep in mind if you are coming up on a Tuesday. Most shops and some restaurants are closed. Hotel staff were helpful and recommended a few eateries.

love the hotel, we got upgraded which just put the stay over the top.

Loved the spa looking over the open space and native trees. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The property condition is average, spa is impressive, cleanliness is good . Shower is leaking. The location is in the middle of nowhere, have to drive 7 km to the restaurant and supermarket. Surrounding area so dark , no lighting on the road.
