This hotel has the potential to be brought back to life . Pleasant clean room with a lovely large spa bath in the room looking out to the trees and mountain . Downsides . Not a huge deal but need to be mentioned . No restaurant or spa facilities ( despite this still being on signage) . No wifi or smart tv ( we managed but could be a deal breaker for some ) . Dishes have to be washed in the bathroom basin ( dish liq and cloth provided but no tea towell 🤔) bed quite hard , Freeway noise always in background as not far away .

Amazing place would definitely stay again.

View from room is great, large room size. Walls paper thin - could hear neighbours snoring & child crying at night.

Stayed in a Deluxe Room. Room was nice, clean and had enough space. Staff are very friendly as well. Only two downsides, one being that there's no Wi-Fi. In saying that, we were barely in the room. Secondly, you can hear the spa jets in adjacent rooms if they're on. In the hotels defence however, they do ask that you don't turn it on after 10pm. Not their fault some people can be inconsiderate.

The bed was very comfortable and the spa was nice and relaxing. But no room service which is unfortunate but can order pizza from Woodend

Beautiful location and room. Would be great if there was food service available.

The stay was good, and the reception desk was very friendly. Check-in is easy, and lots of parking. The room was big enough, although I would have liked extra towels in the room. It was great to have a microwave, toaster, and kettle in the room, but I didn't feel comfortable washing my dishes in the bathroom sink. Keep in mind if you are coming up on a Tuesday. Most shops and some restaurants are closed. Hotel staff were helpful and recommended a few eateries.

Loved the spa looking over the open space and native trees. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The property condition is average, spa is impressive, cleanliness is good . Shower is leaking. The location is in the middle of nowhere, have to drive 7 km to the restaurant and supermarket. Surrounding area so dark , no lighting on the road.

Easy to locate,room was spacious@clean,good value for money.

It was really great experience with bath inside the room. Nice mountain view as well.

We wish there was access to cafe/ dining. Water in pool was very cold. Limited opportunities for spa treatments due to renovations. However we did enjoy our stay. Room was very clean & plenty of hot water for spa.

Good room basics. However wifi not working, Tv small and only free to air. Shower head old and not good/ disappointing.

Great hotel, with spacious and clean rooms, wonderful view, the only one thing is annoying the restaurant is closed as well as spa
