部屋においてある水が、なくなっても補充されなかった。 持ってきてくれるようにお願いしたら、初日のみ無料で2日目以降は有料と言われた。

２階のレストランからフナ広場を眺められる立地で、入口は金ピカだけど、中身は品のあるホテルでした。個人的にバラの余計な匂いがキツかったのでそこだけマイナスでしたが、いいホテルだと思います。あと、眺望は中庭だけで外の眺望はありません。

フナ広場に接しているので、リヤドなのに場所を探すのが楽チン。そして清潔で中も広く、大満足です。エクスペディアで税金分は既に払っていたはずですが、失念していたのか、チェックアウト時にもう１度払ってしまったことが残念でした。

You can enjoy the dynamics of jamaa el fna square from dawn till midnight as this hotel locates besides the square. When I stayed here it was mid-summer so it was very hot in Marrakech. I had to to care about heatstroke during the daytime but as the hotel is located in convenient place for sightseeing, I could easily go back to the hotel and take a rest when I felt my body temperature was raising. Not only the rooms but also public space in the hotel were so beautiful that you can enjoy the Moroccan atmosphere. If I have a chance to come back to Marrakesh again, I want to stay here again.

フナ広場に面しており、立地は抜群。滞在中の夜間に於いても外の喧騒とは裏腹に非常に静か。スタッフのサービスレベルは非常に高い。東京からの出発直前に空港からの送迎をＷＥＢサイトで依頼したが、レスポンスも早く、手続きも明瞭であり大変安心感があった。またWiFi環境は十分。敢えて情報としてお伝えするのは、窓が無いこと（温度を維持するためと推測される）

女子の一人旅で、夜のジャマ・エル・フナ市場へ行きたい！と思い、近くて、安全、綺麗なリヤドを選びました。他の方の口コミでは朝食がまずいとか記入されて期待していませんでしたが、随分改善されているようで、ホットミールもデザートもあり、パンもおいしかったです。温めることもできます。１日目に塩コショウを頼んだら、２日目は全テーブルにセットしてありました。 まずは到着したら、リッチなフロアーでクッキーと高い所から入れてくティーサービス。お部屋はタイプによって違うかもしれませんが、広いお部屋に天蓋付ベッド、バスタオルで作ったスワンにバラの花びらが散りばめてあり、とても素敵でした。調度品も高価な物ばかりで、モザイクも至る所に使われ、いろいろなところに気配りがされていました。スタッフもやさしく対応してくれます。ＷＩＦＩも問題ないです。屋上にはバーのあるプールもあります。外の騒然としたのとはうって変り、リヤド内は静寂な別世界でした。 強いて難を言うならば、ジャマ・エル・フナ広場の角にあるため、額縁に入ったように少しは市場が見えるのですが、全貌が見渡せないことぐらいです。 参考までに、どこのホテルも同じですが、13時以降は広場に車が入れないので、近くの道路から歩く必要があります。

なんといってもロケーションが抜群。フナ広場にあるため、迷うことはありません リヤド内はとても静かです。 朝食はイマイチかな。

フナ広場に面していて、街の中心部。市場やイスラム神学校などの名所へのアクセス至便。ホテルは写真通り綺麗だったしスタッフは親切。

ドライヤーは強で使うと10秒で停止、弱でしか使用できなかった。また、タウンマップを欲しいと言ったらコピーだった。5つ星であるのに、少しケチっている印象。チェックインの際、ロビーでミントティーと菓子を出してくれた。スタッフの言葉遣いや対応は5つ星であった。また朝食はbuffetで、温かい食べ物、チーズ、野菜、パンも何種類かあり、よかったと思う。（というか他所での朝食が固いパンとジャムと飲み物しか出なかったのでそれと比較してはよい方であるという意味）

Staff were not friendly. They kept shushing us I felt like a child being corrected constantly. Otherwise very clean, beautiful and great location

We had an excellent time. The communication prior to trip was great with prompt responses. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and in a great location. Yusuf and his team looked after us very well, with helpful recommendations for things to do, places to go and foods to try. At the same time, there was no hard sell for any of their trips or to book with companies they are affiliated with. Would definitely book to stay here again next time I’m in Marrakech.

Absolutely magical first visit to Marrakech!! Felt like stepping onto a movie set every time we walked outside in the bustling square, felt like returning to our peaceful safe beautiful haven every time we came back. Gorgeous daily breakfast, loved the rooftop pool retreat even when temps hit 105+, rooms exactly as pictured and had every comfort and amenity, the staff all just wonderful. A truly special place!! I hope everyone gets to visit!!

CLEAN!!! Rooms are beautiful. Pool is nice but not overlooking the Medina. Breakfast is MEH- but rooms are comfy clean and we air conditioned. Good location too.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mit Blick von der Terrasse auf den Djemaa el Fna Platz. Der Pool zur Abkühlung ist goldwert. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, das beste Frühstück unserer gesamten Reise!!! Das Personal ist immer freundlich, aufmerksam und macht auch fast Unmögliches möglich!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Marrakech! We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this beautiful riad in the middle of Marrakech. The city’s largest marketplace is right outside the door, bringing all the energy, sounds, and atmosphere you would expect. Yet as soon as you step through the large brass door, you enter a peaceful and elegant oasis. The riad itself is stunning, with a lovely rooftop pool, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a truly great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Great location, beautiful, nice staff, clean room. The only downside was bad sewage smell that sometimes came through the bathroom which is probably because the property is old.
