部屋においてある水が、なくなっても補充されなかった。 持ってきてくれるようにお願いしたら、初日のみ無料で2日目以降は有料と言われた。

２階のレストランからフナ広場を眺められる立地で、入口は金ピカだけど、中身は品のあるホテルでした。個人的にバラの余計な匂いがキツかったのでそこだけマイナスでしたが、いいホテルだと思います。あと、眺望は中庭だけで外の眺望はありません。

フナ広場に接しているので、リヤドなのに場所を探すのが楽チン。そして清潔で中も広く、大満足です。エクスペディアで税金分は既に払っていたはずですが、失念していたのか、チェックアウト時にもう１度払ってしまったことが残念でした。

You can enjoy the dynamics of jamaa el fna square from dawn till midnight as this hotel locates besides the square. When I stayed here it was mid-summer so it was very hot in Marrakech. I had to to care about heatstroke during the daytime but as the hotel is located in convenient place for sightseeing, I could easily go back to the hotel and take a rest when I felt my body temperature was raising. Not only the rooms but also public space in the hotel were so beautiful that you can enjoy the Moroccan atmosphere. If I have a chance to come back to Marrakesh again, I want to stay here again.

フナ広場に面しており、立地は抜群。滞在中の夜間に於いても外の喧騒とは裏腹に非常に静か。スタッフのサービスレベルは非常に高い。東京からの出発直前に空港からの送迎をＷＥＢサイトで依頼したが、レスポンスも早く、手続きも明瞭であり大変安心感があった。またWiFi環境は十分。敢えて情報としてお伝えするのは、窓が無いこと（温度を維持するためと推測される）

女子の一人旅で、夜のジャマ・エル・フナ市場へ行きたい！と思い、近くて、安全、綺麗なリヤドを選びました。他の方の口コミでは朝食がまずいとか記入されて期待していませんでしたが、随分改善されているようで、ホットミールもデザートもあり、パンもおいしかったです。温めることもできます。１日目に塩コショウを頼んだら、２日目は全テーブルにセットしてありました。 まずは到着したら、リッチなフロアーでクッキーと高い所から入れてくティーサービス。お部屋はタイプによって違うかもしれませんが、広いお部屋に天蓋付ベッド、バスタオルで作ったスワンにバラの花びらが散りばめてあり、とても素敵でした。調度品も高価な物ばかりで、モザイクも至る所に使われ、いろいろなところに気配りがされていました。スタッフもやさしく対応してくれます。ＷＩＦＩも問題ないです。屋上にはバーのあるプールもあります。外の騒然としたのとはうって変り、リヤド内は静寂な別世界でした。 強いて難を言うならば、ジャマ・エル・フナ広場の角にあるため、額縁に入ったように少しは市場が見えるのですが、全貌が見渡せないことぐらいです。 参考までに、どこのホテルも同じですが、13時以降は広場に車が入れないので、近くの道路から歩く必要があります。

なんといってもロケーションが抜群。フナ広場にあるため、迷うことはありません リヤド内はとても静かです。 朝食はイマイチかな。

フナ広場に面していて、街の中心部。市場やイスラム神学校などの名所へのアクセス至便。ホテルは写真通り綺麗だったしスタッフは親切。

ドライヤーは強で使うと10秒で停止、弱でしか使用できなかった。また、タウンマップを欲しいと言ったらコピーだった。5つ星であるのに、少しケチっている印象。チェックインの際、ロビーでミントティーと菓子を出してくれた。スタッフの言葉遣いや対応は5つ星であった。また朝食はbuffetで、温かい食べ物、チーズ、野菜、パンも何種類かあり、よかったと思う。（というか他所での朝食が固いパンとジャムと飲み物しか出なかったのでそれと比較してはよい方であるという意味）

Amazing location right in the busy, main square yet the hotel is quiet and idyllic. Excellent service, a nice welcome with tea and cookies and a brief tour. Good rooftop buffet breakfast. Room was clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay again.

This was a return visit for me. It's always so wonderful to be at this Riad. The entrie staff are very welcoming and kind! I appreciate them making it feel as if I were a very important guest visiting their home. The room is very comfortable and quiet! The meals are yummy! Great location!

We had a great stay at Art Place. The common areas and the restaurant were very nice. Our hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and was in a great location right next to the central square and market. We highly recommend this place!

This hotel is simply amazing. It is extremely beautiful, the location is fantastic and the staff couldn’t be better. The breakfast is spectacular, with a really nice terrace facing Jemaa el-Fna square. Special shout out to Rabi, Brahim, Yousuf and the doorman! Highly recommend.

I am very impressed to be staying in the Medina and to have such quiet in my room and comfort. I’m staying in a King suite and it is perfect for my overnight layover.

Beautiful hotel and great location.

We stayed at this riad for just one night, as they were fully booked and we had to move to another hotel the next day. Overall, the riad itself was beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff were generally welcoming. However, the experience when checking out left a very negative impression. We asked the front desk to call a taxi to take us to our second riad, which we knew was accessible by car. Instead, the receptionist insisted it was only a 10-minute walk and offered to arrange a luggage porter instead. We trusted his advice. Unfortunately, the porter was an elderly man with a hand-pulled cart who did not know the exact address. Navigating the busy, narrow souk alleys was very difficult. My husband had to guide him using GPS. What was supposed to be a short walk turned into a stressful 20+ minute trek. We eventually reached an alley too narrow for the cart, had to offload our luggage, paid the porter twice the cost of a normal taxi out of sympathy, and carried our bags on foot for another 15 minutes. Ironically, for the next two days, we took taxis back and forth through the souk area with no problem at all, each ride took only about 15 minutes and cost us less than half of what we paid that day. While the riad itself was pleasant, I would strongly recommend double-checking transportation options independently rather than relying on staff recommendations, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns.

I cannot recommend highly enough! Fabulous hotel with brilliant staff members. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly & so efficient. Perfect location; a calm retreat from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa El Fnaa square. The pool area is stunning. Excellent food.
