We stayed at this property for several nights, this is a lovely property. The staff are very welcoming and more than happy to advise or arrange day trips away for guests at a moments notice. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Marrakech.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good selection of food, and the staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating.
However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The water temperature while showering in the evening was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room did not have any milk sachets provided. When we requested some, we were charged 10 MAD, which I found to be unreasonable for such a basic amenity.
Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable, and the service was generally good.

The location is amazing and the breakfast was really good, lots of variation every day. All the staff, the guys at reception, the doorman and the guys at breakfast are all really helpful and friendly. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable. The only slight issue I had was with the the bathroom, the shower worked fine but the bathrooms just looked very dated and that made them look not very clean. I would defintely stay there again though

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They arranged dinner reservations for us, had suggestions on what to see and where to go, and held our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the medina a little longer before leaving town. Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you’re going to Marrakech this is the hotel to stay. In the middle of old city market square. I never imagine that the golden huge hotel doors opened up to such an extraordinary moroccan hotel. I was blown away with the decor and the detail throughout the hotel and the rooms. Such friendly staff and the place is impeccably clean. Originally this was a very huge mansion of a very wealthy family that converted this to such an amazing hotel. Highly recommended!!!!

Location on the Jemaa al fna square made our visit easy and walkable to all major sites. Quiet and pristine clean. Staff made all arrangements feom dinner recommendations to an amazing and reasobly priced family oriented spa. The service staff were lovely and attentive to our family. We visited two years ago and stayed in an amazing riad. But this gem is a riad palace. Will absolutely visit again.

We stayed in three different Ryads during our 10-day stay in Marrakech, so we are using this information to write this review.
The place is located right next to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, which is very interesting touristically. But they close it during certain times, making it very inconvenient to access the Riad: if you get a transfer or even to get some tours pick-up/drop-off they can't access it so you will have to walk a couple blocks (sometimes walking with your luggage and/or at very inconvenient times). so accessibility is an issue.
The staff was fine, not rude but very serious compared with other places.
This Ryad may have been a better place a couple of years ago, but now it looks outdated and not well taken care of.
There is a clear lack of cleanliness at least in the room we stayed in, we thought about playing a bit extra and staying in this place but it was a bad decision. There were live ants inside the water kettle in our room, after letting the reception desk know they sent someone to replace it. Still not a good experience, and we doubt the cleaning of the rest of the place.
