清潔で部屋も広く良かったです。シャワールームは狭いので体から大きい人には不向きかも。

夜中に着いた時のフロントマンの対応が非常に悪く、不愉快なチェックインでした。 しかし翌朝からのスタッフ達は、非常に感じがよく明るく親切でした。

郊外にある素敵なマナーハウスの中で、従業員の方のフレンドリーなサービスは抜群です。朝食もイングリッシュブレックファースト、アフタヌーンティーも手頃に楽しめます。バス停が近いのでPutneyまではすぐに出ることができる立地。次回は花の咲く季節に来てお庭を楽しみたいです！

場所がKingstonに近く、バス等が利用しやすい環境。但し、車で訪れる客が多かった。朝食代が非常に高く、それが難点（夕食はリーズナブル）。

ダブルルームが一杯でツインルームの予約でしたが、希望を出したところ、ベッドをつなげてマットをダブルようにしてくださっていました。 朝食もバイキングでしたが、トーストはホワイトかブラウンの好みを聞いてくれ、パンが美味しかった印象が残るほどです。 スタッフの方も私達の拙い英語を理解しようと親身になってくれました。私達はウインブルドン観戦のためにこちらを選んだのですが、周辺の環境は良いし、駅までは距離がありますがバス停は3分ほどのところにあり、おススメしたいホテルです。

Our stay at Warren House was during a very hot spell. We were assured that our room would have air conditioning however, when we got there it wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed and staff moved us to a really small room while this was being done. We were assured it was fixed the next day and moved back but it wasn’t. Thankfully we had a fan. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, very attentive and always smiling. Breakfast room was too small to accommodate us on the Saturday morning, we had to eat in the bar area which isn’t ideal due to the height of the table and size of the breakfast plates! Warren house is a lovely place with beautiful gardens but it could do with some TLC and general upgrade

Absolutely loved staying here and the staff was so helpful especially helping us getting taxis! Thank you all for being so accommodating and supportive to me and my family.

Engelsk idyl, i skønne Kingston. tæt på golfbaner. Fint værelse. Hotellet virkede slids, men vi havde en dejlig overnatning og morgenmaden var perfekt og personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Gratis parkering på stedet

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was just what we needed.

The staff were very welcoming. The pool was very cloudy which was a bit concerning. The shower was blocked which caused it to flood the bathroom. We asked for it to be fixed, but the soaked towels were not replaced which was a little disappointing. The restaurant menu was not quite what we expected and we found it a bit limited, but our food was tasty and very nicely cooked and presented. Breakfast was good, the eggs to order and fresh orange juice were a highlight.

A.unique atmosphere and setting. Great staff who were super friendly. Loved being so close to the Royal Park. Will be back!

Our triple adult room had no hot water. Reported to reception, promised 2 doubles but that night only given one, so one of our party had to stay in room with no hot water. Asked to speak to manager next day who moved us to an apartment for our last night with hot water.,

Comfortable, super clean room. Friendly staff. Relaxing vibe in bar area. Plenty of free parking. Great location near Richmond Park. I’m not sure if the hotel have bikes to hire but if they did, a ride in the park and along the Thames would be nice.

Lovely hotel nestled in a very quiet location right next to Richmond Park, with easy access to Isabella plantation. We really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms in good condition with recently renovated bathrooms. Only small comment is regarding the poolside changing rooms which are really in need or renovating.
