チェックインの時体調が悪かったのですが、すぐにホテルの車で病院に連れて行ってくれてとても助かりました。ホテルの施設も、部屋もとても素敵でしたりした。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは最高でした。体調不良で楽しめなかったので、次回Kochiに来た時もここに泊まりたいです。

2018年GWに利用しました。 まとめ: まずコチ/コーチンは海外旅行にそれなりに経験がある方におすすめです。ホテルの設備は最高級ではありませんが日本人でも満足できるレベルだと思います。特筆すべきはホテルフロントの方の、非常に親切で感銘を受ける程の対応でした(英語でのコミュニケーション)。ホテルでのマッサージ/アーユルヴェーダも街中の専門店と差はなかったように思いますのでおすすめです(下手な店より設備がよいのでむしろ安心)。アクセスについてはフォートコーチンエリアは徒歩もしくはリクシャーで移動し、エルナクラムエリアへは水上交通で、ジェッティーという公共(?)フェリーを利用しました。お陰様で特に不満のない、いい滞在ができました。 補足 アクセスについて: 空港からフォートコーチンエリアまでは地図上で見るより時間がかかります(陸路では島間の橋を通らなければならないため)。送迎はタクシーで有料(ホテル料金に追加されるためドライバーへの支払いはなし)。ホテルがあるフォートコーチンエリア内の移動は徒歩もしくは流しのリクシャー(料金は要事前交渉)でした。チャイニーズフィッシングネットなどへは歩いて行けますが基本暑い地域なので熱中症に注意。街中の治安は特に悪いとは感じませんでしたが外国人観光客もそれほど多くなく、軽犯罪等には注意。市場等のあるエルナクラムエリアへはホテルから2-3分のところに発着所(駅)があるジェッティーという格安の公共(?)フェリーを利用しました。出発は20-30分毎、利用者はローカルの方が大半で、出発の直前にならないとチケットの販売を開始しないなど最初は少し戸惑うかもしれません。また夕方のエルナクラム→フォートコーチンは混み合い、一本分待つこともあり得ますので行動計画には余裕を持たれた方がよいです。

This is an exceptional property, with extensive amenities, an attentive and cheerful staff. It is beautiful and in a very convenient location, with great access to both Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. When we arrived we found the hotel to be very well staffed. Even though we were too early to check in, there was a flood of activity to welcome and accommodate us. Our bags were secured for us while we went exploring. Upon our return, we were promptly checked in and shown to our room. The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and immaculate. While staying at the hotel, we deeply enjoyed the breakfast buffet and high tea, which were included in the cost of our room. Although we used them less, the library, the pool, the game room, and the business center were all very nice and comfortable. It cannot be overstated that the very helpful staff were a particular highlight of our stay. Whatever our need, whatever our question, they were readily available, dutifully attentive, and palpably cheerful. We had multiple delightful conversations with staff members as they assisted us in various ways. We were not necessarily “easy” guests either. We made a number of special requests. Even though the staff was not able to grant all of our wishes, they dealt with each issue very respectfully and efficiently. It was a wonderful stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was good at both the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Very eco conscious.

Staff were great, food was good. The bathroom was huge, with good toiletries. Beds not so comfy. Location let it down, awful view of derelict buildings from room.

Accueil excellent avec rafraîchissement ,petit cadeau (étole) . Chambre confortable ,vaste meublée avec goût, salle de bain impeccable. Superbe hall d’accueil avec les chambres agencées tout autour, meubles colononiaux ,coins bibliothèques très cosy au 1er étage . Bar sympa au 1er également , le breakfast très bien se prend au rdc et le dîner à l’extérieur on the roof (restauration excellente à la carte ,buffet possible) Enfin piscine parfaite on the roof,dominant le port de Cochin ( un seul reproche les abords de la piscine à rénover ainsi que le mobilier de piscine) On peut visiter Fort Cochin a pieds compte tenu de la localisation (20 mn de la basilique St Francis) et à 1h de l’aéroport si pas de trafic( environ 3000rs en taxi )

Friendly stuff, beautiful hotel, rooms spacious. For my taste breakfast could be better, Also shampoo bottles are very tiny and hard to get shampoo out. Shopping, sinagoga, Chinese fishing nets within waking distance.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The facilities at the hotel were good, pool, gym, spa, roof top terrace, bar. We stayed 4 nights with breakfast which was very limited for choice especially after 4 days! We ate at the restaurant twice and both times the food was wonderful, unfortunately a few dishes on the menu were not available for both of the nights we ate there. Our room was big and comfortable with a great rainfall shower! The call to prayer at 5am was loud and really annoying to be woken up at that time every morning. Overall it was a good stay, the tuk tuks outside are really convenient…..look for Najeed, he is such a nice man and took us all around to some very interesting places in his tuk tuk he calls the Ferrari!

Hotel is well maintained, quiet and clean. Rooms are spacious with all the modern amenities. Bathroom is quite spacious too and has walk-in shower. The Gym has enough equipments to go around. Food and Breakfast buffet has a good spread but if I remember puttu/kadala & appam/curry were missing. Maybe those items are available on request. There's building and road works around the hotel. One of the roads leading to the hotel was not in a roadworthy state. Felt some staff at the reception to be rookies but overall the experience was good bordering exceptional.

Excellent management & staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room we had was spacious & clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay and hospitality.
