チェックインの時体調が悪かったのですが、すぐにホテルの車で病院に連れて行ってくれてとても助かりました。ホテルの施設も、部屋もとても素敵でしたりした。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは最高でした。体調不良で楽しめなかったので、次回Kochiに来た時もここに泊まりたいです。

2018年GWに利用しました。 まとめ: まずコチ/コーチンは海外旅行にそれなりに経験がある方におすすめです。ホテルの設備は最高級ではありませんが日本人でも満足できるレベルだと思います。特筆すべきはホテルフロントの方の、非常に親切で感銘を受ける程の対応でした(英語でのコミュニケーション)。ホテルでのマッサージ/アーユルヴェーダも街中の専門店と差はなかったように思いますのでおすすめです(下手な店より設備がよいのでむしろ安心)。アクセスについてはフォートコーチンエリアは徒歩もしくはリクシャーで移動し、エルナクラムエリアへは水上交通で、ジェッティーという公共(?)フェリーを利用しました。お陰様で特に不満のない、いい滞在ができました。 補足 アクセスについて: 空港からフォートコーチンエリアまでは地図上で見るより時間がかかります(陸路では島間の橋を通らなければならないため)。送迎はタクシーで有料(ホテル料金に追加されるためドライバーへの支払いはなし)。ホテルがあるフォートコーチンエリア内の移動は徒歩もしくは流しのリクシャー(料金は要事前交渉)でした。チャイニーズフィッシングネットなどへは歩いて行けますが基本暑い地域なので熱中症に注意。街中の治安は特に悪いとは感じませんでしたが外国人観光客もそれほど多くなく、軽犯罪等には注意。市場等のあるエルナクラムエリアへはホテルから2-3分のところに発着所(駅)があるジェッティーという格安の公共(?)フェリーを利用しました。出発は20-30分毎、利用者はローカルの方が大半で、出発の直前にならないとチケットの販売を開始しないなど最初は少し戸惑うかもしれません。また夕方のエルナクラム→フォートコーチンは混み合い、一本分待つこともあり得ますので行動計画には余裕を持たれた方がよいです。

Great location, beautiful lobby, very large and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Great rooftop restaurant with foods from all over the world. Nice pool on roof top with view.

The hotel and its rooms are well decorated and maintained, the staff friendly and the lobby perfect for some quiet reading.

A well staffed and well maintained hotel located in the heart of Fort Kochi, Fragrant Nature offers an extensive varied breakfast. The staff is helpful, the rooms handsomely decorated and the view from the rooftop is topknotch.

Fantastic hotel, lovely individual rooms with private pool and novel outdoor bathroom. Staff were excellent and loads of complementary activities. The restaurant was very good. Highlight was Gardener who took me round his lovely vegetable and fruit garden. Best hotel on our trip.

Buenísima ubicación para visitar Fort Kochi. Tranquilo y alejado de las zonas de marcha. Muy recomendable

The building was absolutely beautiful and the welcome from reception was excellent.

Pictures of the hotel are egregiously incorrect. there are no ocean view rooms or for that matter any rooms with a view

Overall a fantastic stay. The entry level room (Dukes chamber) was huge and really well appointed. Some minor signs of west and tear but we loved it- very comfortable. The rooftop dining experience included in half board was outstanding. The first night we had a huge selection on the à la carte menu, and on the second night there was a wonderful buffet. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the poor man making omelettes was consistently overwhelmed and running behind. Staff were all wonderfully kind and friendly. Location second to none for all the sights.

Exceptional hotel with a beautiful rooftop view, close to Fort Kochi and old town, and with a fantastic pool on the roof. Breakfast had a very wide selection of foods available. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most delightful hotel stays I have had. The saff are friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to all my requests. They are eager to make sure your time with them vrry good They're all fluent in english. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had a fantastic time at the Fragrant Nature hotel in Kochi. The service was exceptional, with lovely attention to detail. We were very well looked after from beginning to stay with a lot of delightful gestures by the attentive staff. The food in the hotel restaurant is very nice too.
