建物が美しく、スタッフの気遣いも清掃も、行き届いている。アップグレードもしてくれました。

ベッドの寝心地がとにかく最高でした。部屋からの眺望も良かったです。置いてあるお菓子がとても美味しかったです。アメニティの使い心地も良かったです。屋外プールの環境も良かったです。部屋のニオイが少し気になり、多分家具のニオイだと思いますが、トマトケチャップのような香りがしていました。部屋によるとは思いますが、これだけの価格なのにバスタブが無いのは残念です。ホテルのランクに対して朝食は内容が少なく、味も普通です。でもレストランのテラス席からの景色は良く気持ちが良いです。スタッフさんは感じが良く優しい人がほとんどですが、たまに不親切で冷たい人がいます。価格に対して部屋は狭めですが内装やインテリア、ホテル全体の雰囲気が素敵で、総合的に宿泊して良かったと思っています。

最高のおもてなしをしてもらいました！どのスタッフもホスピタリティ溢れていました。 朝食も最高においしかったです。 市街地まで遠いかな？と懸念していましたが、どこにいくにもタクシーで30リラほど。空港までは120リラくらいで、立地も全く問題なかったです。

コンシェルジュ、ドアマン、レストラン、クリーニングの方々、全てのスタッフサービスがよく、部屋のお掃除も日に2回来てくださいました。朝食、Turgaでの夕日を愛でながらの夕食、バーでの一杯、全て大満足です。

設備の古さは否めないが、それ以外は素晴らしいホテルでした。

伝統のあるホテルと聞いていましたが、さずがです。ボスポラス海峡を見下ろせるお部屋。ボスポラス海峡を見ながらアフタヌーンティーも楽しめました。ホテル棟に泊まったのですが、「パレス棟」の方を見せて頂いたら、もっともっと豪華でオスマン帝国時代の華やかさが偲ばれました！！

穏やかな天候。ボスポラス海峡を眺めながら過ごす時間の贅沢さは、とても貴重。

At the time of checkin, the reception tried upgrading the room for a hefty extra by initially mentioning there wasn’t a room with a good view with the booked room class. This was even though the booked room was one of those “Bosphorus View” room (not a partial view). The “one wine bottle” promised when reserved was never offered, and we were never informed what the “VIP Access” might have been. In the end we “negotiated” back to have a room with a Bosphorus view, but saw many rooms that we were able to see from the terrace rather empty. The strait view was fantastic but why did we have to go through this, and obviously missed what was to be offered. We’d give high rating for the view but not for how the hotel is managed.

Amazing staff - We had a medical emergency Mesut and his team took super well care of us we came to Hospital in no time and after when we came back they took supercwell care of us. Also the Breakfast was amazing. Were definitely coming back here.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone made the effort to know our names. Highly personalized service. From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast was vast and fresh and delicious. Rooms very clean and grand and room service was impeccable. Would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Expensive but worth the money. First rate hotel on the Bosphorus.
