島へのアクセスは大変だったが、自然に満ち溢れた場所でありゆっくり自然と向き合え人間らしい時間を過ごせた。 何よりレストランの食事は何を食べても美味しかった。 海でのアクティビティも楽しめました。

スタッフの方全員が素晴らしいおもてなしをしてくださり、こちらもとても温かい気持ちになりました！プライベートボートツアーではガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくださり思い出がたくさん残りました！また絶対に伺いたいホテルでした。

One of female servers at a sole restaurant was really hostile against me and family after we requested to move to another table. It ruins whole experience at the property.

とにかくすべてが素晴らしい滞在でした。ありのままの自然の場所で、シュノーケリングしたり、ゆっくりのんびり過ごせました。離れ小島(？)らしくお湯というよりほぼ水だったり、wifiがあまり繋がらなかったりはありますが、日常から離れるにはとてもいいと思います。なので、アクティブに動きたい、お子さんと一緒にいろいろ体験したいという方より、落ち着いてゆっくり過ごしたいという方向けです。 今回は悪天候のため帰国日が延びそうで、その他にもいろいろ自分側のトラブルがあったのですが、すべてスタッフの方々が笑顔で対応してくださいました。本当に優しく親身になって対応してくださいました。みなさんと友達になりたいくらい、素晴らしかったです。 食事も美味しかったです。ベジの人でも心配ないメニューでした。 スパは本当にオススメです。2回受けましたが、とても上手だし、スパルームも海の上のコテージなので、癒しUPです。 リゾート内は英語のみです。ホテルのスタッフは親切なので、英語が話せなくても大丈夫だと思いますが、コミュニケーションがとれるくらい英語力があると、楽しさも安心度も倍増すると思います。 また絶対に滞在したいです。

景色やスタッフの対応はとても良い！ シャワーの出が悪い！ワイファイが繋がりにくい！

基本的には綺麗なコテージで、部屋から海が見えたり、快適な滞在でした。 これは仕方がないかもしれないですが、ゴキブリが出ました… あとWiFiが安定しなかったのと、部屋にはフロントへの電話等がなく、連絡はWIFiを通じてのwhat’s appでする為、wifiが使えない時はフロントまで歩いて行かなければならないのが不便でした。 エルニドタウンからの船の移動は波が高い日は少し怖かったです。 ただ食事も美味しかったし、スパも楽しめたので全体的にはかなり良い滞在でした。

It's very quiet and clean private lsland hotel. All staffs were always taking care for us. We had a really good time here.

Amazing stay at Cauayan, absolutely paradise. The beachfront villas are stunning, looking out onto the bay with private sunbeds to relax on and just a short walk from the spa, bar & restaurant. The tours offered are wide ranging and give you a great chance to see the e surrounding islands and lagoons, and the scuba diving is excellent, clear, warm water with lots of fish & corals. The food and drinks are great but the real showcase are the staff, all of whom are there to cater to whatever you need. Special thanks from us go to Red (excellent coffees!), KC, KL, Alwin, Kel, Pearl, Norihen & Jeremiah, but everyone has been brilliant. We’re been so well looked after we don’t want to leave! Thanks to everyone for making our stay so special.

The island was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The massage at night was awesome! Beautiful walk to the facility and great view of fishes while getting massaged through the glass floors.

La superbe piscine en surplomb de la plage et un peu le centre de vie entre le bar et le restaurant. Personnel très aimable. Restaurant vraiment excellent. Très bon cocktails. Salle de sport horrible, très mal isolée les deux climatisations n'arrivent pas à faire le job, les appareils ne sont pas de dernière génération et la salle trop petite comparée au shangri la.

Hotel magnifique, dans un cadre idyllique. Le seul reproche que l'on peut faire : la plage est très belle et avec du sable mais dans l'eau ce n'est que des cailloux et des coraux, impossible de se baigner pied nu. De plus, la plage est très tôt à l'ombre, dès 16h00 plus de soleil au mois de mars.

Clean room very courteous stuff and many things great and great excursions

The service was beyond excellent. Staff are so lovely and ensure you enjoy your stay stress-free. Lagoon villa room was clean, well furnished, great amenities, lots of activities to choose from, all in all a lovely resort and would definitely go back.

The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The villas were very enjoyable. We loved our two bedroom villa with private pool. The restaurant had a good variety of options. Make sure to book tours and spa treatments. We were lucky to get them in but should have checked ahead of time. The resort is very relaxing.

Clean room staff are friendly and accommodate. We always feel VIP treatment the place is really beautiful.
