スタッフの方全員が素晴らしいおもてなしをしてくださり、こちらもとても温かい気持ちになりました！プライベートボートツアーではガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくださり思い出がたくさん残りました！また絶対に伺いたいホテルでした。

One of female servers at a sole restaurant was really hostile against me and family after we requested to move to another table. It ruins whole experience at the property.

とにかくすべてが素晴らしい滞在でした。ありのままの自然の場所で、シュノーケリングしたり、ゆっくりのんびり過ごせました。離れ小島(？)らしくお湯というよりほぼ水だったり、wifiがあまり繋がらなかったりはありますが、日常から離れるにはとてもいいと思います。なので、アクティブに動きたい、お子さんと一緒にいろいろ体験したいという方より、落ち着いてゆっくり過ごしたいという方向けです。 今回は悪天候のため帰国日が延びそうで、その他にもいろいろ自分側のトラブルがあったのですが、すべてスタッフの方々が笑顔で対応してくださいました。本当に優しく親身になって対応してくださいました。みなさんと友達になりたいくらい、素晴らしかったです。 食事も美味しかったです。ベジの人でも心配ないメニューでした。 スパは本当にオススメです。2回受けましたが、とても上手だし、スパルームも海の上のコテージなので、癒しUPです。 リゾート内は英語のみです。ホテルのスタッフは親切なので、英語が話せなくても大丈夫だと思いますが、コミュニケーションがとれるくらい英語力があると、楽しさも安心度も倍増すると思います。 また絶対に滞在したいです。

景色やスタッフの対応はとても良い！ シャワーの出が悪い！ワイファイが繋がりにくい！

基本的には綺麗なコテージで、部屋から海が見えたり、快適な滞在でした。 これは仕方がないかもしれないですが、ゴキブリが出ました… あとWiFiが安定しなかったのと、部屋にはフロントへの電話等がなく、連絡はWIFiを通じてのwhat’s appでする為、wifiが使えない時はフロントまで歩いて行かなければならないのが不便でした。 エルニドタウンからの船の移動は波が高い日は少し怖かったです。 ただ食事も美味しかったし、スパも楽しめたので全体的にはかなり良い滞在でした。

It's very quiet and clean private lsland hotel. All staffs were always taking care for us. We had a really good time here.

Great place for a retreat. Topnotch service. The resort is amazing.

Staff are extremely friendly and make us feel like home. Happy day is very good deal for person enjoy drinking. Bartenders are beyond expectation. However, the resort is under construction for new villas, which is noisy in the morning.

Amazing place! The staff are friendly and courteous. Villas are nice and clean. Bed is spacious. They have different varieties of food. Me and my family will definitely be back.

Land Tour Suggestions: • Cultural Village Visits – Showcase the local way of life, crafts, and traditions. • Farm or Garden Tours – If applicable, offer a chance to learn about local agriculture or herbal plants. • Scenic ATV or E-bike Rides – Explore nearby hills, forests, or viewpoints. • Sunset Viewing Spots – Organize land trips to the best sunset spots with refreshments. • Local Food Tours – Partner with nearby eateries or markets to offer guided tasting experiences.
